Yes ! Sadly outlasting many of my old friend crew members . NCL only allows a crew member to stay on the same ship for 3 years . :(

NCL runs the ships with regards to personell like the military I guess. Never in any given assignment for too long.

Norwegian Wind 2000 for my very first ever cruise. It was an okay ship but really set the bar for the most impossible ship to navigate as it was cut in half and the new MDR was plopped in the middle of the ship which meant that you either had to try to go thru the dining room to traverse from aft to stern or you had to go up or down decks.
