Just was told that Celebrity website only compatible with Internet Explorer, IE! I have a Mac, so Safari is a no go per Celebrity support person. I asked about Foxfire and Chrome and she said they were not currently supported either.

Any one experiencing issues with Safari? I was trying to view cruise ship excursions and I was just recycled back to main screen.

Kinda surprised at this revelation!

I used to be able to view everything on my iPhone (safari), but then all of a sudden when I tried to view the cruise planner, it kept bringing me back to the main reservation screen. Now, all I can do is view the main reservation screen on my phone and the button for explore cruise planner has completely disappeared. I have no problem accessing it all on my pc using chrome.

I have been having this issue if I am using the phone or iPad in 'portrait' orientation. If I change it to 'landscape' it works just fine.

I have all sorts of issues with my iPad and iPhone, and a few with DH's laptop using IE and Chrome. It always seems to be a struggle. And trying to check on anything through the website when we're out of the country is a total nightmare. Because of course we will want to read it in Spanish, or Italian, and see the price in Euros. We couldn't possibly be English-speaking people if we're outside of an English-speaking country...

I use chrome and the only issue I have is on my laptop when viewing shore excursions - it won't allow me to read any of the excursion description details - other page elements keep blocking it. Tried resizing screen in settings several diff ways, no luck. Weird.

I had similar issues with Firefox on my Windows pc last week. Cleaning out the browser cache and deleting all cookies fixed it for me.

I had the same problem with Safari on my MacBook laptop. I read that if you delete the cookie for Celebrity and then try again and it seems to work. I didn't have to delete all the cookies, just the Celebrity ones but now I have to do this every time I want to get to My Celebrity which is a nuisance.

I work for a software company that provides a product accessed on line, and browser issues are one of our top issues. Many times, when you clear your cache it is not cleared at all. If you're interested in seeing if the problem is your browser cache even after you believe you have reset it* you can try this page:

http://www.refreshyourcache.com/en/cache-test/

The home page of that site has some instructions on how to really clear your cache.

It is surprising how many times someone thinks they are clearing cookies and cache and are not. Because browsers are the primary way malware and viruses attack us, the browser companies are constantly updating the code. What you thought was working may not work at all anymore, so it's always a good exercise to double check your methods.

Another option is to use Opera (a free open source browser) which should be fine. I have experimented (extensively) with IE10, Edge, Chrome and Opera on a PC (with Intel Chipset) and Opera seems to blow all the others away in terms of speed and problems. Opera does not receive a lot of publicity because its truly "Open Source" which means its free for companies (and others) to make modifications...add ons, etc.

Never have had an issue using Safari from my iMac or iPad. I can't believe anybody would build code only for Internet Exploder, one of the worst apps ever written.

I cannot access my reservation properly on safari but it had been ok on Firefox, though haven't tried that for a couple of days since I tend to use my iPad mainly

Typical, now not working on my lap top and I can't print the xpress passes for our cruise in 2 weeks! 😬☹️😢

Do you think the problem will be solved when 'Edge' is launched tomorrow?

I imagine there is massive tweaking of the site.
