That's a really good deal for Atlantis....

This year, in Nassau, we did the Blue Lagoon ex....$65pp....it was really nice.... we also paid $50 for the clamshell package....it included a clamshell, 2 souvenir towels, 2 bar drinks in a souvenir cup (the long yard thingy) and 2 refills.....however, the clamshell was pretty useless since the sun was directly in front of us and the clamshell provided no protection from it...we ended up putting our towels over the front which blocked our view but provided us with some shade....

I wonder if the deal at Atlantis is a once in a while thing or if they will be offering that for a little while. Although I'm sure it won't be offered on our Thanksgiving sailing.

I'm on the thanksgiving sailing and when you look at excursions on myNCL it shows the Atlantis aqua venture and its description says discounted prices but only for certain sailings and of course ends with the week right before ours:rolleyes: so it comes up as regular price.

Good late evening, we're action busy since dinner, just back to our room after a quick stop for late night light snack before they shut the buffet. It is Dress Up or Not Night, most didn't. Night Out Party at H20, 10:45 pm and still going, we can hear them still inside our balcony now at midnight.

 

Called in for finger exercise in that smokey place on deck 7 midship, LOL ... not too busy.

 

Sushi starter & sausage & potatoe salad was good, broiled salmon cooked just right, and pork loin was tender, juicey and good. Creme Caramel & fruit plate with coffee for a nice ending at Manhattan MDR.

Good morning to all on CC and always happy to share. Sea is now just 5 ft. but still windy & chilly, near Gale force wind ?? across the deck, sailed late night at 21 knots and still 20.5 now, I guess we are running against the wind but basically full speed to not be late for PC. We will see & will do a short post later. Will be good to get faster 4G LTE signals again, got all the gadgets charged up.

 

It's still a beautiful view out from our balcony, Mrs. is up and going to MDR for breakfast, crew has been wonderful and quite a few Chinese crew on board in training and being mentored. But some of the passengers from the same country needs coaching, on their manners ... explain later, yikes.

 

Yeah, that small bag should've never been checked, sad. Be back later.

Bag is described as a "cross-body" bag which is usually the size of a woman's purse or very small carry on. May have been carried on and then misplaced. OP doesn't say the bag was checked.

Ceiling outlet in bath is both 110 and 220 volts. Need more outlets, look down here and what's behind the panel. Packing cubes, perfect there..

 

In this post, you showed pictures of a storage cabinet with power outlets inside it. Where is that cabinet? Is it under the desk?

We are almost there, windy at almost 30 knots, hoodies day, Outdoors open unlike much of yesterday.

Margaritaville was open for free buffet breakfast, not crowded. Bar wasn't open at 10 AM yet. Walkers are doing their on the pathway nearby.

 

Our cabin has been cleaned & refreshed, need a nap. No land in sight, binoculars ready.

Switched to AT&T cellular, in the PC channel, should be at our berth soon & on port cam.

 

Views of nearby. Nice & sunny now, warm.

There's about 10 big buses in the parking bays waiting, those going into town is a go today. We are staying onboard to enjoy.

Breakaway is docked and arrived a little bit earlier. noticed she was docked at around 12:50pm. about 10 minutes earlier then expected. from the port canaveral webcam:

Yes, engine stopped 10 minutes ago. Still waiting for ship clearing. About 4 dark Navy blue uniforms came onboard via lower gangway. CD Alvin just announced the same, waiting.

 

For those wondering, nothing in easy walking distance that I can spot w binoculars.

Nice, you are at Terminal 1 (RCCL). Here's what's in walking distance (not much!): The Exploration Tower, Some bars/restaurants along the wharf to the west. Jetty Park to the east is a longer walk. You can walk to the bus stop at Flounder St & George King Blvd and take that down to Cocoa Beach. I think it's $1.50 per ride or so.

Ship was cleared about 1:15 but looked like 3500 pax opted to stay on like us. All abroad is 8PM for pax. Buffet lunch wasn't cowded for a change.

Do they always dock at Pier 1? my friends from Jacksonville will be coming to meet me at the pier, and i need to make sure i give them the correct info... although i'm sure they won't miss the huge Breakaway!
