traveltilidrop Posted February 19, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 19, 2018 What is the current price for a meal at Johnny Rockets? What is on the menu, and are soft drinks included or is there an additional charge? Thanks!
Merion_Mom Posted February 19, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 19, 2018 What is the current price for a meal at Johnny Rockets? What is on the menu, and are soft drinks included or is there an additional charge? Thanks! Which ship? Oasis class ships seem to have increased the price to $9.95. I don't know if it has spread to other ships. It includes unlimited food and also includes soda. Milkshakes are extra. On the Anthem, it's a la carte pricing. merinski Posted February 19, 2018 #4 Share Posted February 19, 2018 On Anthem, we got a burger, fries & drink for $5. Milkshake was about $3.50 or $4.50, individually it was about$2.50 per item. It does seem to be different on other ships though.
starrcards Posted February 19, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Breakfast is still free on Oasis. I asked this morning if shakes come with the Boardwalk Balcony meal. I was told NO and the price was $6 for a shake.
Merion_Mom Posted February 19, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 19, 2018 I now see the OP's signature, and I believe that the cruise in question is on the Navigator. AFAIK, the Navigator is still $7.95 pp, includes all food and soda. Menu posted above. No breakfast served, for any price.
39august Posted February 19, 2018 #7 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Last week on Liberty it was $6.95 including sodas and all the food you want to order.
cb at sea Posted February 19, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Omg...it's almost as expensive has going to a land-based JR! Ridiculous...limited menu, too.
cruisegoal100 Posted February 19, 2018 #9 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Still $6.95 on Freedom ots last week including soft drink and dessert. Milkshake would be additional.
MaizerDay Posted February 19, 2018 #10 Share Posted February 19, 2018 Do you pay extra for floats or just shakes and alcohol?

Would cost my girls MORE to eat on HOTS than the land based restaurant. They are not big eaters. Crazy. Will make me the "no" mom. Great. Zach1213 Posted February 20, 2018 #14 Share Posted February 20, 2018 Why go on a ship with a huge variety of international cuisine.Only to sit around and eat fast food? "International cuisine" is a heck of a stretch for Royal Caribbean. Infernafional inspired is more like the vast majority of the stuff onboard, if that. traveltilidrop Posted February 20, 2018 Author #15 Share Posted February 20, 2018 To each their own??!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk I am a vegetarian, so I had a hard time in the MDR the last few times. The quality of food in the MDR on Royal has also dropped in recent years as well. Johnny Rockets presents another choice, along with the buffet which has lots of choices. I am traveling on the Navigator in April/May. Thanks everyone for all of the great information! shorti503 Posted February 20, 2018 #16 Share Posted February 20, 2018 I have never eaten at a Jonny Rockets on board. I know there's a cover charge and does that cover anything you want to eat? Or does it just include 1 drink, 1 main item (burger, chicken sandwich etc) and 1 side?

If you get a burger and don't eat all of it, they'll offer to bring you a chicken sandwich or a hot dog. OR if you go in there extremely hungry, you can order multiple items from the very beginning. I once cruised with a family member who couldn't decide on dessert, so the server brought one of each.

TrojanUSC Posted February 21, 2018 #23 Share Posted February 21, 2018 Wow. Thanks. Great to see the whole menu!!!! Pretty sure the menu shared is outdated, at least on Oasis-class. No more ham & cheese, for example. They do have off-the-menu chicken fingers which can be good.
RobbieSDA Posted August 15, 2018 #24 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Consider a Disney Cruise Line cruise. They have vegetarian options on every dinner menu and the food quality is top notch! Ourusualbeach Posted August 15, 2018 #25 Share Posted August 15, 2018 Consider a Disney Cruise Line cruise. They have vegetarian options on every dinner menu and the food quality is top notch! For the difference in price you could eat in a specialty restaurant every night on Royal and still have lots of money left over.
