Hope everyone did not suffer from withdrawal waiting nearly a week for the next sail a way out of Port Everglades.  We have one blue hulled beauty for this sail a way - Oosterdam.  She is scheduled to be at the usual pier 26 and will be doing 2 itineraries.

 

The first is the 7 day Tropical Caribbean:

 

Fort Lauderdale, Florida (23 Feb d1700); Key West, Florida (24 Feb 0800-1600); Amber Cove, Dominican Republic (26 Feb 0800-1700); Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos (27 Feb 0800-1700); Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (01 Mar 0800-1500); Fort Lauderdale, Florida (02 Mar a0700)

 

The second is the 14 day Tropical/Western Caribbean:

 

Fort Lauderdale, Florida(23 Feb d1700); Key West, Florida (24 Feb 0800-1600); Amber Cove, Dominican Republic (26 Feb 0800-1700); Grand Turk, Turks and Caicos (27 Feb 0800-1700); Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (01 Mar 0800-1500); Fort Lauderdale, Florida (02 Mar 0700-1700); Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (03 Mar 0800-1600); Montego Bay, Jamaica (05 Mar 0800-1700); George Town, Grand Cayman (06 Mar 0800-1600); Cozumel, Mexico (07 Mar 1100-2300); Fort Lauderdale, Florida (09 Mar a0700)

 

 

Other ships in port with her that will be sailing are:  Independence Of The Seas (pier 18), Celebrity Infinity (pier 19) and the Caribbean Princess (pier 02).

Capt Albert has him listed as finishing on Mar 9. So, Mar 2nd will be last departure from FLL.

Thanks for the update.  I will miss the sailaway as I hope to be at Mass here in Ft. Lauderdale.  I can see Port Everglades from my hotel room. I will sail tomorrow for a week on the Nieuw Statendam.. It is good to be out of the cold of Northern Illinois.

It's not looking pretty in Fort Lauderdale. but it is warm. Nicer for the muster drill. The one on Rotterdam  on Jan 27th - wasn't, but we didn't get fogged in. 😄
