I was offered Sky Suite from $300 pp, Celebrity Suite from $400 pp, and Royal Suite from $750 pp.  We originally booked onboard 2 years ago and we were told that our aft center cabin was very desirable because it has a bigger balcony.  We had never sailed in an aft cabin so we booked it for $719 pp.  That include the classic beverage package, gratuities, and $400 OBC.  Our TA gave us another $200 OBC.  We used the Celebrity OBC to upgrade to the premium beverage package during a sale some time ago.  We also used it to pay for an excursion and we still have the TA OBC to use once onboard. We saw no reason to pay for an upgraded room since we prefer Blu over Luminae, wanted to try the aft cabin, and already had all the perks we wanted.  Plus we would not get the extra Captain's Club points.  Not worth it at all.

Got the upgrade!! There were 6 open royal suites when we received the moveup offer email 2 months before departure. I bid just a little over the minimum of $1000 pp. Got an email exactly one month before cruise begins telling me that my offer was accepted. We are really excited! I'm planning to get most of the moveup costs back by taking advantage of the free extra charge restaurants and laundry. Thanks for putting this thread and spreadsheet, it helped me plan my bid!

We would have done it only to experience Blu but have read mixed reviews about it being worth the cost of an upgrade. With a 3 Specialty package, we also enjoy the dining room and buffet, so we'll spend that money on upgrading to drinks not in our package!

There is ample inventory in the SS category, the lowest price is over $6100.00/per person or over 12K total plus PChgs, we paid less than half this for our Aqua Gty and received 4 "perks" at that price. We are traveling with friends and have connecting cabins, so that was a consideration.  In addition, our cruise appears to be completely sold out and not even showing on the Celebrity website, so it seemed a waste of time also.
