mafiadon Posted November 22, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 22, 2019 I have a cruise coming up this February and just booked another one on the Legend for the British Isles. I have never had two cruises booked at the same time before. When I go to Carnival's website I see my February cruise but nothing for the one I just booked last week. Do I need to have completed one cruise before I can see the second one and if not where do I go to find my new cruise or add it to my cruises. Any help would be appreciated
EBONI325 Posted November 22, 2019 #2 Share Posted November 22, 2019 I've only done it once, when I went to my carnival page under manage my cruise, there was a box that said manage another cruise, just add your new booking number. I hope this helps.
mafiadon Posted November 22, 2019 Author #3 Share Posted November 22, 2019 That doesn't show up on my page since they change the format and the only thing there is my Feb.cruise and no where to add another one. Thanks for the reply. Wish they would leave things alone
pusywillow Posted November 22, 2019 #4 Share Posted November 22, 2019 There is a little diamond after the first cruise you click on, then the other one will appear. They did change things,
n6uqqq Posted November 22, 2019 #5 Share Posted November 22, 2019 If you log in and click on the manage my booking tab you should see a plus (+) symbol to add another booking. You can definitely view many more than one booking online when you log in.

Organized Chaos Posted November 22, 2019 #7 Share Posted November 22, 2019 Once you’ve added the second cruise, you’ll be able to switch back & forth. There will be a drop-down menu near the top of the page that lets you choose which one to view. By default, when you first login, it’ll show your closest cruise. Click that drop-down menu, choose which one you want, then click “Save & Continue” (again, this is the new site format).
Wheels87 Posted November 22, 2019 #8 Share Posted November 22, 2019 Just to the right of your booking which is right below your name in the upper right corner of the screen, there is a down carot (looks like and wide "V"). If you click on that, you will see both of your trips. Good luck! Brad

Any help would be appreciated In your account, the cruise closest to this date pops up, but you can hit the tab to open it further, then choose the cruise you want to look at. They should all be there. All 3 of mine are, and I manage all 3 all the time, purchasing items in Fun Shop to be delivered to cabin, and booking excursions. Easy, peasy.
reeinaz Posted November 22, 2019 #11 Share Posted November 22, 2019 Carnival's site has been wonky for me the past few days. It's varied from showing all, some, to none of my booked cruises.
mafiadon Posted November 22, 2019 Author #12 Share Posted November 22, 2019 Thanks for all the replys, as of right now Carnival won't even let me log in so can't even see anything.
Joe817 Posted November 22, 2019 #13 Share Posted November 22, 2019 I'm not even going to try to log in until the dust settles, and everybody starts saying they get in with no problems.
Shaded Lady Posted November 23, 2019 #14 Share Posted November 23, 2019 I was able to log in, maneuver around the site... unfortunately I don't have a second cruise booked so I can't confirm if that's working, but I can see and do everything related to the one cruise I have booked. Rare Oceansaway17 Posted November 23, 2019 #16 Share Posted November 23, 2019 well soon you will start getting emails from Carnival about this or that. Then you will know you are okay. But if a month before final payment is due and you still can't get into the profile, CALL and get it fixed so you can plan.. Some cruise lines automatically populate your profile, too bad Carnival doesn't I know HAL does and Princess does. oh well keep and eye on it. It drives me nuts every time I log on and switch bookings now. I don't like it when UI's add steps to simple tasks, especially when the extra step wasn't there before.
