NCL launches 5 part series documenting return to cruise journey

Looks awesome.  It will be quite impressive with a cruise ship parked in front of that huge wall windows.

The "teaser" they put up looks so enticing!  Will give it a look-see when series begins.

I’m surprised nobody has commented on the first episode yet. We watched it last night and I thought it was well done. It got me excited about cruising coming back and it also touched on a lot of emotions and the devastating impacts it’s had on all the crew and the employees.

We watched it as well and I agree, it was well done. It brought the reality to the screen of how this "shut down" has and still is affecting more than just the cruise lines themselves. CDC needs to wake up and get "on board" with resuming cruises out of US ports, it's time!! Ok, enough of that!

 

Has anyone been able to find a schedule for the next 4 episodes? It wasn't shown and I haven't been able to find a schedule yet. I'm looking forward to watching the others.

How much do you think FDR's blue suit was? I hope the tailor didn't nickel and dime him for it. 

How come only 1 of the 5 people are wearing masks? 

If he cared so much about his crew he would have paid them while they were stranded on board and not charged them for items. 

 

Once I got past that part I thought they had very good items- presentation with Simon Murray was excellent- I have met him and he is a great employee. The items he is going over with Keith Powell are very interesting regarding embarkation.

Not quite but getting close..

 

These are pretty recent. 

 

Just waiting on the “C”. to come in! Maybe they traded in the ‘C’ for cruise for an ‘A’ Air Lines or for a ‘B’ for Bus Lines the way things are going here in the US!! haha.

Finally watched the first episode. I thought it was well done. Some blunders with mask wearing (I’m not great either) but it did make me want to get onboard a ship again. 
 

   Anyone know when the second episode comes out?

It wasn’t on this past Thursday. I just assumed it was a weekly Thursday showing because the first episode aired on a Thursday night.

Episode 2 of the "Embark - Return to Cruising" series will be aired on May 20, 2021.  There is a brief teaser on the NCL website announcing the new episode.
