Here's the video link, it is only a 5 min video:

Aussie couple shares overseas cruise experience amid Omicron wave.

If the video doesn't work here is the written article:

Aussie couple shares overseas cruise experience amid Omicron wave

Thanks for the link.

Thank you for sharing the links of a Gold Coast couple who are doing 6 or 7 back to back cruises from LA. Good luck to them for their bravery.  I wonder how they got insurance

I am following a number of blogs of people doing world cruises.

How do I turn off the bold?

Highlight the bold text, and then click on the B (top left).

They may have self-insured.

True but some people can afford to do that from what I've read.

Like people who own units on the ship which takes three years to circumnavigate the world!

Just occasionally, it would be nice to be rich, but I wouldn't like to loose the child like joy I experience from new experiences.

Even if I was rich enough to afford something like that I don't think I'd lose that sense of joy and adventure when visiting new ports. And even ports visited previously can still provide new wonders to be seen.

From my experience, the very rich don't realise they have lost it!

I heard someone say "money exaggerates a person" so if you are happy you will be happier, if you are greedy you will be greedier by that logic if you are adventurous you should be more adventurous😂. Mayb there is something to it; Richard Branson still does crazy things.

Agreed and he gets great pleasure from doing things outside the box!

Does expensive wine come in casks?  Or are they just better than the rest?

Having visited the De Bortoli Cellar Door/Winery out at Griffith, NSW. I can tell you the wine in the 4 litre Premium casks is the same wine as in their bottled Sacred Hill range.  Very good value. It is my every day quaffer, I do have some $20 bottles of wine for 'spethial guests.' or if I am going to a good byo restaurant of which there are a few down here. I go out for dinner twice a week, not keen on going out for lunch.  Tonight in fact, Kohli's Indian, perhaps a Beef Vindaloo, byo wine job for me.

The more you drink the more you save !!
