Anyone Else Getting These Messages While Trying to Log In To Princess.com?

It's been a while since I've had a problem logging in.  But I don't think I've ever seen a message that basically says "don't call until we figure it out".  Just wondering if it's widespread or if I'm one of the lucky few.

It’s widespread.  Last couple if days off and on.

No it has not been fixed.  I still can not log in.  You are lucky that it's working for you.

I got that a week or two back, and that's not the first time. Usually, it resolves after a few days, or at least it has for me. The thing that I decided, for myself only, is that I'm not going to get into a password changing round. No good comes of that.

The last time I successfully logged in was earlier today so I guess I should feel fortunate that it hasn't happened to me sooner.  Will keep my fingers crossed that it will magically fix itself.

Same problem here (on both DT and mobile).

 

I let the DT load and load on it's own and after the 3rd try it finally logged in. Seems to just be based on luck so keep trying!

I see you use a good collection of spy ware there.

 

I tired log in again just a second ago and I logged in.

The Princess login system is being a pain.  Just have patience, it will let you in at some point.  I finally got in to pay for our cruise an hour ago.  It didn't work for the previous 3.

I am back in now and didn't need to change my password, clear cache, cookies etc.  It just worked.  I had unsuccessfully tried on my phone and on a couple of browsers prior to it finally working.  Hoping everyone else who wishes to log in can do so now!

When this happens...you DEFINITELY do NOT want to start messing with your password!  Quite possible that it will mess up the sync with the wonderful app.

I found a work around. Go to "booked guests" and just put in your name and birthdate and booking number. You can only see the one cruise at a time and would have to repeat the process for every cruise.

If there is one thing I have learned from the Medallion Class app in reference to Princess is that I should leave well enough alone.  Magically, "it" starts to work all on its own.  Yes, I was able to log back in to Princess.com without changing anything.

Yes, clearing cache will not fix Princess' problem.

 

Just be aware that if you ever have a need to clear cache that each browser has its own cache. There is not one shared cache for multiple browsers.

Periodically this happens; just keep trying. Eventually you will get on line. I've always thought it kind of funny once you finally get on line their standard line is to congratulate you.

I got the same message, waited a couple of seconds and it was fine
