I see an itinerary that goes to a couple places that we might like...

I would hope to spend the day on White Bay.

But, I really have no idea about these two destinations.

Are these Islands worthwhile ?

What do you guys think!!!

Either way,  all input is helpful!

I really enjoyed both of these islands.  Particularly if you are a history buff, you will enjoy seeing the fort in St. Kitts and Nelson's Dockyard in Antigua.

I prefer Antigua. It has some of the best beaches in the world (beach with the London phone box if stunning). I went to St Kitts too, but i don't remember it. That's not to say it's bad, it just didn't leave the lasting impression that Antigua did.

If you are a fan of trains, do the sugar train.  Half of the excursion is a bus ride with a couple of stops around the island.  The other half is the train.  They are small buses, one for each car of the train.  The train has seating downstairs with restroom and a/c, upstairs is open air and has the best views.  There is room for everyone in both areas.  EM

This sounds like St. Kitts. You should probably clarify this, since the OP is talking about two different islands.

I wasn’t one that was impressed by Antigua but had the best time in St Kitts.  We just caught an open air trolley there and the driver said if we didn’t like it, we didn’t have to pay.  At the end of the tour, we asked him that since we loved it, should we pay double?  He supplied everyone with cold waters, sodas or beer.
He gave us a tour of the island and there were stops at a batik making place with beautiful gardens and trails.  We then went up to view where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean Sea from atop a mountain.  Down below in the other direction, you can see the Marriott with what looked to be a gorgeous white sand beach.  It may not still be the Marriott, but at the time we went, you could get a free shuttle from the pier to their casino and use the beach instead if you so desired.  We didn’t go as we found an awesome tour but we were considering it.  I don’t believe the shuttle back was free, though.
While I am usually not a shopper of ‘stuff’ there at the ports but, I found a little treasure, a larimar dragonfly pendant, that I still wear almost everyday.
