Even though X Ascent has been close to on time lately - there is no way Nieuw Statendam will be able to leave until after the blocker leaves around 3:30 pm - so no 3 pm. [Probably 3:45per normal.]

Chiquita banana boat?  Is that a Fort Lauderdale thing?

It was the Chiquita Voyager container ship on its way to Guatamala. It just struck me as funny that Chiquita had its own ship and brought to mind the old commercials for the brand featuring a singing banana.

Right!  When we were in San Diego, we took a tour of the harbour and saw "Chiquita banana boat" there too!
