There was no pickleball on the ships then.  It would make for a less than enjoyable lunch.

That's a great price for lunch..We went for dinner on ASCENT and had to  ask them to stop playing after the set time play time was over..

The PB is very popular, well attended and takes up alot of space in the garden area!  It would be best suited elsewhere!

It's only a matter of time before they start charging for it 😞

sports court or indoors..lower level

The "problem" with E-class ships, is there is no sports court.  The "Destination Getaway" area on deck 2 is probably the only area large enough to set up a court.

Do they ever offer lunch at the Rooftop Grill or just dinner?

Oh on a nice non windy night at sea, it is IMO the perfect place to enjoy dinner and well worth the cost.

I don’t recall seeing a sports court on E class.

no,  but they could create one. on a lower deck..instead of setting up in the lawn area.. which was created as a more tranquil garden area.... or even set  in in the Club   where they had curling and other sports!

on ASCENT  the active stuff has taken over many nice relaxing spaces.  putting in EDEN, Curling in the Club..pickleball on the lawn..

fewer places to read or just do nothing!

It may be cruise specific.  On our cruises on the Beyond and Ascent, I was told there was no lunch available at any of the Specialty Restaurants with the exception of Le Grand Bistro and Raw on 5. Only dinner available at the Rooftop Grill.

Lunch was offered at RGG this past December on Apex.  Unfortunately, weather didn’t allow it.  I was all set to enjoy the great burger and even better warm cookie dessert.

How do reservations work for lunch at specialty restaurants? I want to try raw on 5 for lunch one day, but there’s no options to make reservations in the app, only dinner. Do you make them when you get on board or just show up and wait for table? Thanks
