This happened to me a few times so I called my PVP and he was able to book it without any issues.
Easy peazy 😁

They’re closed now. I wonder if anything will be available tomorrow when they open?

Thanks so much for the heads up on this. We just booked a non Reserve mini suite on deck 11.  It’s confirmed and showing it includes the Premier package. While we’d prefer the Reserve option, hard to pass up a $570 conventional mini suite. We figure with the Premier included dining benefits and the OBC from the deposits, we will be able to enjoy specialty restaurants enough to make up for the loss of the dedicated Reserve dining room. Fingers crossed on the Star getting ready in time for this sailing. Definitely thinking about booking the flights, once available, via EZ Air, in case this cruise gets canceled. See you all on the roll call.

Well this is typical - Aussies get nothing!!!

When I search the cruise mentioned it definitely doesn’t show $0.

Suites are sold out and mini’s start at $4,149. There are prices for every cabin

Just booked two cabins on Star 10/15/25, thank-you. We got standard but that is ok, great deal. Thank-you OP.

Check your travel summary In your personalizer. They show as Standard when booking but if you clicked it you’d see the Premiere. You might be surprised

I just took the leap and booked a Cabana mini-suite.  The total was $570 for two ($400 deposit that converts to OBC plus $70 port fees).  I see the following in the travel summary:

Does this mean we got the Premier package as well?!?!?

Obviously gremlins in the web site.  Booked for the 10/15.   The spp shows an entirely different {Portland to Southampton).  Credit card has been charged.  Do not hold much hope.   On the other hand Barcelona to Fll pricing looks good.

Starting to get really annoyed with cruise lines. First Virgin abandoning Australia and now Princess favouring the Americans!

Do they think we can’t fly to Europe??????

Why am I not given the same equal opportunities???

Come on Princess lift your game - looks like cruising altogether is dropping done my list of things to do - will go spend my hard earned dollars with companies that treat everyone equally and keep it here in Australia!

How much do you spend in the Casino?

Made a booking on Oct 15th Star, but summary does not show Premier package - just a regular booking.  But still, if it works - a good deal.

And we don't use casino.

My guess for Star Princess - this is kind of an attempt to mitigate the press disaster of the Sun Princess, as it had to cancel some of its early cruises and even when it sailed, half the venues were not up and operating, nor was all the entertainment operating.  I guess this way if the ship is not fully operating, people can't really complain with the price being offered.

Listen all, I posted posing a question, as I have never had a comp cruise, only a few casino discounts.

Happy for those who felt they could take the RISK with a Nonrefundable deposit.

Sorry for those who are not happy.

I understand that comp cruises were given to Many Media for the Sun’s first few cruises- bloggers, agents- many who had their photos posted here from their fb pages.  I had no problem with that.

This offer may not be valid, but to me worth a try.

If joining us on Oct 15/25, I welcome you to further chat in the Star roll call.I

will request thread be closed to keep things positive.

Good luck to those who have gotten in on this special deal. Australians are always given the short end of the stick by ALL cruise lines whether it be pricing or the oldest ships in the fleet being sent here. Didn’t mean to cause you stress but we are just fed up with the unfairness of the whole situation.
