Rare rafinmd Posted November 18, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 18, 2017 If there's anybody up now Prinsendam is about 2 miles out. I'll be on the "porch" 2 decks up from the lower promenade but almost certainly not visible. Roy

Happily@Sea Posted November 18, 2017 #9 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Might be late leaving on all ships today, anyone flying in from the north, better hope they have a cruise company flight or are arriving early enough. Or on the Prinsendam - which isn't due to leave until 8 pm.

Rare Scrapnana Posted November 18, 2017 Author #16 Share Posted November 18, 2017 Been perusing the webcams while waiting. Not a very nice looking day in Juneau with lots of snow on the mountains. Port Canaveral has five ships in port - I didn't realize they could even take that many.

When I was there in 2014 they had Wi-Fi in the terminal for $5 an hour. There are also souvenir stalls close to the ship.

There are also souvenir stalls close to the ship. There are actually 2 sets of souvenir stalls one set to the right on the main street - few blocks down on the port side of the street and and open-air type one to the left and across the street and a few blocks down. Plus all kinds of regular stores just outside the port entrance.
