And here comes the missing lifeboat. I wouldn't be surprised if part of the Promenade Deck was closed off to allow room for the crew securing the boat.

 

On the bridge wings, is there rigging for an awning to shield the crew in bad weather?

Exposure to weather/wind/rain/snow/nasty stuff, etc. They're all covered with a roof and glass now

There are none leaning on the railings, on the Observation, Lido or Promenade Decks.....

 

You'd think there'd be some that we could see moving around.......
