Thanks:) It is a Nikon Coolpix in a black case. The camera itself is a burganday. I lost it on the Oct 23rd TA sailing. I appreciate it!

I spoke to Guest Services. They confirm they found the camera and the date Oct 12 came up, but I think in reference to finding the camera. He verifies the camera was sent to headquarters and also states it takes a bit of time to receive something even once it gets to headquarters. Hopefully you will be receiving it soon!

No problem at all. I felt assured with Celebrity that they would be happy to help and they were :-) I was hopeful to give you some assurance that you would get your camera back. I think it takes awhile and being that you are in Canada? Maybe even a bit longer? But they said you will get it back which is most important.

....By the way, very few lines escort pax to their cabins. Only the absolute top suites get that privilege. They didn't escort us to our Queens Grill suite on Cunard. We found only those in the largest suites got that treatment. The humanity of it all!

We've done a RS 4 times, and only once got escorted. On our most recent cruise on equinox in Nov upon boarding we asked for directions to MC since no one seemed eager to escort us. Good thing I already had a good idea where it was.

If you want to be exclusive, don't sail on a big ship. Charter your own yacht. Obviously you don't welcome other guests into Michael's Club. I enjoy sailing on Celebrity and meeting many interesting suite/non-suite passengers. I am not looking for exclusivity. Get out there and enjoy.

I recall Celebrity escorting everyone to their cabin on boarding. I think it ended in the late 90s or early 2000s.

I recall they did on Solstice for a Nov 2009 TA. Of course it was after they opened up all the staterooms. Haven't seen it since.

I was on a B2B on Reflection in 2013, and from the balcony, I noticed the Hotel Director escorting someone on board -- probably the PS or Reflection Suite.

The problem with ELITES id that everyone and their brother is Elite. I say the same thing on Princess where a huge chunk of the passengers were top tier in the loyalty program....makes it impossible to give exclusive perks when EVERYONE qualifies...I know it is hard for those that have shown loyalty to the line to be excluded but, I suppose they just made it too easy to become elite

The title of the thread says that now Michael's is open to everyone. But, the discussion belies that claim as apparently only suite guests can now use Michael's. Elite members who used to have access to Michael's no longer do. Nor do any other non-suite passengers.

Since Michael's was closed to those on Elite level, we have noticed that most of the time the room has more staff than passengers. It was obviously being underutilized. Therefore, opening up the club to other suite passengers seems to make sense. It really doesn't matter to me since I can no longer use Michael's as the so called Elites were banned.

On Millennium and in a sky suite and we are not being given access. On day 1 I went in and was told that we do not have access. I produced a page on the X site saying access for Sky Suites begins in "December." The concierge said she had no control over the website. I thought the response was a bit rude and I mentioned this to the guest service manager when I spoke to her a bit later on day 1. She has been "checking with the home office" for 4 days now. I shall follow up now and tell her she should check with the Reflection instead! In any event between our wonderful butler and luminae we are doing just fine in the "feeling special" department.

While some ships have allowed access early, the official announcement said that it would start for sailings after 16th December.

Hey all,

We will be sailing December 11 on Equinox and will report any changes for use of MC

However, with 6 drink vouchers for wife and I, not sure running to MC was really worth all the hype. Granted it was sweet being escorted with a small group last Febuary as first off Milli in Phuket... Nice....but the club was really not used by very many.

We debated this time of upgrading to a CS and that was before the new changes of of MC club but with the 4 perk package the price was to good to turn down for the Sky Suite... This will be our first time in new suite resteraunt.

There are 44 seats in Michael's. Expanding from superior suites to all suites will have occupants playing musical chairs. I believe there are about 100 suites that will now share the lounge on S class ships.

M class go from 18 to 50 suites (+177%)

S class go from 22 to 66 suites (+200%)

Reflection from 28 to 112 suites (+300%)
