Thanks again for taking the time to do this live review. We will be on the western itinerary at the end of February and both west and the eastern Caribbean over New Year's so these reports are nice to read.

We are pulling into St Thomas now. It isa nice day. I have major NyQuil hangover this morning...being sick on vacation sucks big time! Nothing special planned today, just some shopping. We are here all day.

Hi really enjoying your daily updates. I hope the weather stays nice. Can you tell me if you can order bottles of liquor from room service i am wondering about rum in particular and if you can get cans of coke as well. Thanks

juniper berries,

We had heard elsewhere on CC you can no longer order liquor via room service.

We preordered (& prepaid).

I guess I'll know for sure in a few weeks. 😁

With an all aboard at 9:30pm, the pace of the day has been very slow and quiet. Nobody is in a rush to do anything. The day started out very hot n sunny, followed by passing mid-day showers, and clouds. I had a very off morning, feeling hungover and having no appetite....which is definitely not normal! I skipped breakfast and walked around the shops. I eventually had a small bite back on the ship, and started to feel better. We went in the pool, Ro did her laps....it has been a lazy day. We docked in front of the MSC Seaside, which left at 4pm, and it looks like there are a couple of RCCL ships downtown. The comedian is early tonight at 7pm. I think we will get a seat and have dinner afterwards.

Ordinarily I would be ready and willing to stay longer......while I am in no rush to go back to work or winter, I am ready to have my own bed back and see my dog!

We got very comfortable on the balcony and were not going to make the 7pm show. Last week on this day we had gone to the CG. I can now answer the question....there is no Bavarian night. The buffet was full of misc items. The only thing picture worthy was the yummy mud pie: 114d305f04862594f5a909413eb7cd6b.jpg

We are now sitting in the theatre waiting. I am surprised that the casino is actually open while still in port.

The comedian Doug Funk did an improve kind of show with people from the audience brought up on stage. It was funny. He will be back on Saturday. There was a lot of coughing going on the in the theatre. The person behind me...the person next to Ro...I'll try not to be too neurotic, and hope it was because of the humidity from outside mixing with the AC. This was the first time all cruise, that I felt warm while inside.

I am now reading on the balcony while listening to the Beatlemaniacs who are performing poolside. I am quite comfortable!

I regret to say that it is not like it used to be...on Princess [emoji22]. You get the same old concerts, movies or misc shows like Cirque...over n over n over....if the band does come out, it is only for a very short set. Sometimes you get a DJ...but it is really just a guy and his IPod....again for a short set. You only see the CD's staff for a minute here or there. A few minutes of the same trivia every week, or one instance of a pool game weather permitting and if they can find people to play. It is very disappointing....something that will be in my final comments...

Almost midnight...still on the balcony reading...it is very nice out here...but time to call it a night [emoji42]

Good Morning and thank you for all of the daily posts. I will be boarding the Regal Princess on 2/4. It will be my second time on this ship. Can you please tell me if there have been any good movies up under the stars. I really enjoy watching them on the big screen. Thank you, Cathy :)

I had a quick walk ashore...there are some signs of the damage. A couple of shops are still boarded up. Back on board, I had a swim and a bite to eat. Cirque shows have been playing all day. They forgot to turn on the audio for most of the first show. I had a successful face time call with home, where as my attempt last week had failed. I just got us both done frozen coffees....everyone stares at you when you walk around with these!

The HAL ship has already departed.

I have seen many movies while on board. The TV system has changed since our last cruise. There is a lot of content, but not as much as previously.
