I get to be teased by this view of the Escape every Sunday from now until my cruise September 30! [emoji23] It was actually seeing this view of the Breakaway that first got me interested in the idea of cruising.

Your post makes me happy and reminds me of two things I love soooo much! Cruising and New York! I was a lifetime East Coaster until 4 years ago, when I moved to the West Coast. That looks like you live somewhere around 44th & 9th. Am I close?

I was relatively close! I know Manhattan and Brooklyn pretty well. Not sure what you enjoy and what you don't enjoy; however, one of my favorite things to do on summer/fall Saturday afternoons (when I had nothing else to do) was go listen to "That Guitar Man" in Central Park. Try it out sometime if it aligns with your interests. thatguitarman.com

Great shot! How nice that they used Berth One of Pier 88....when she comes back to New York for the winter of '19 and '20, she will be on the other side of that pier....

Then on Sunday, the Escape...that will be a sight!
