Talk about bad timing!  I have to pay the deposit on a cruise I had on hold today and my category is sold out!  So I guess it will be a long hold time waiting for a Princess rep. to do it over the phone!!!!  9 minutes and counting for a l  o  n  g,    l   o   n   g, hold!

Rep. said that the "system" was done and now is back up. She didn't know why.  Fires not near them and not affecting them in Santa Clarita.  I am cancelling one cruise and using those funds to pay the deposit I owed today for another cruise I am booking and she is able to do it.  Also even though my screen was blank I was able to pay a deposit on another cruise online just a few minutes ago.  Haven't tried to resign in though.

 

Yeah, website, again, down.  Guess I had a quick window of "Fixed" the last time.  I too am showing doesn't find my email and login passwd.
