My husband kept getting dizzy. His Dr also said dehydration and that he needed electrolytes. She told him first thing in the morning to mix 8 - 16 oz. water, a capful of lemon juice and 1/8 tsp of pink salt and drink it up. He could not believe the change. His energy level is back up there. He feels great and is 81. Wouldn't hurt to try it!

Good afternoon.

The picture went off on our Bedroom TV so we went out and bought a new one.

We decided to then go to Starbucks drive thru and got coffee,2 Banana loaf and a fruit bread and took them to the beach.

It is 47°F and sunny now after overnight frost.

Speaking of Icon, I finally finished editing all my pictures from the Icon Inaugural cruise.

 

This was from the last night onboard.  Ken @Ourusualbeach’s Toby entered into the BEST OF THE BEST FlowRider competition.  It was very exciting.  We were there to watch and cheer him on.  He busted some fancy moves including the 720 and the Show Pony.  Here’s a few shots of Toby in action.

Marietta, this must’ve been so scary for you.  I’m so sorry you have been going through so much bad stuff in your life lately.  I pray that the dark clouds will clear and give way to some sunshine for you soon.  Hugs.

Some cute creations in the Windjammer

 

 

 

 

This was my creation.  I had plans for the banana I took from breakfast in the Windjammer one morning. That was to make a Banana Split for dessert that night.  I brought the banana back at dinner time, sliced it in half and the Ice Cream station person scooped in vanilla, strawberry and chocolate ice cream on the banana.  I added sauce to each (except for vanilla because they didn’t have pineapple sauce).  A wait staff went and got whipped cream from another venue for me.  I added cherries on top from the Windjammer bar.  Topped it off with a few nuts and I had a banana split.  The Ice Cream station guy thought it was a great idea.

Might not be as good or custom as yours with 3 cherries like you got but Mdr you can always order one from the children's menu. Too much for one person to eat imo but always also looks good though yours looks better.

That was previously true where you could order it on the children’s’ menu but since the menu change, they only offer ice cream or cookies.  I showed the waiter the picture of my creation, he did try to duplicate it for me, which was nice of him.

Odd someone at my harmony table was able to order it last dec. Waiter said can order even if it's not listed and he got it. Rules seem to change by ship.

Thank you for asking, Debbie.  They are doing the best they can with all that comes with a newborn, trying to figure a lot of stuff out.  I think the lack of sleep though is pretty hard.  We can’t wait to see them next week.

I was able to order the Sundae from the Chops children's menu on the Symphony earlier this month. I have to than either Tree Skier or Mark and Daryl for that suggestion. I forget who posted that one can do that at Chops.

We took Charlie to the emergency room.  He wasn’t feeling any better, arm and leg were giving him problems.  He think his arm was broken but have not heard any news yet.  Thank you all for your good thoughts and prayers.  We really could use a little less drama!

@DaniDanielle Hoping the Drs at the ER can help your Charlie diagnose and take care of his arm and leg that are giving him trouble. 
Waiting for news is the difficult part.
