I've started to wear 2 masks when I absolutely have to go shopping for groceries/meds/vegetables/etc. -- one from cloth which fits tight, and the blue one on top of it....

Good idea.

We have had a couple of walks but otherwise we have not been out in the car for over a week.

I will put a mask on over my full face visor next time I go in a food shop or pharmacy.

We have uber eats and deliveroo who deliver from supermarkets as well as take aways meals from restaurants

But most peoples big weekly delivery is done  by the supermarkets own service, Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose etc.

Uber eats and deliveroo are handy for small items you may of forgotten

I haven't gone into a shop for around 3 weeks now and won't until the rates start to come down.

So Uber runs in the UK?  Many places in Europe don’t allow Uber.

Thanks for the full list Norwich Cruiser.

I hadn't checked the gov site just what Boris said on TV.

For us in Tier 4 not much will change when this starts on Wednesday morning.

Graham.

Thanks, Marietta, but I'm sure you'll ALL end up remaining here for the winter... 😁

We had temperatures 72-76 F for the last 10 days, no rain, just sunshine.

It is going to last for another week....

And, I don't even own clothes for "your" winter 🤪

I’m assuming those chocolates are from the York designer centre.

UK Prime minister has just announced a Full Lockdown until February 15th at the earliest.

A record 80,000 positive cases for covid19 on December 29th.

Sorry to hear that. That seems like a long time, but hopefully it will slow down the spread.

Operation “Fox Relocation” has started. First move is to empty the coverall of bales, the empty structure will entice them to find another home. We have also put out a bush camera to track their movement and times to see if there is any pattern.

A few of the bales on the move to a new home.

Lucy appreciates the effort.

That's a long time. Although our lockdown in the SF Bay Area is indefinite, so it may be for a similar length of time. Although many local businesses may close altogether as a result. We are keeping our fingers crossed for eventual good news about more widespread distribution.

That is a good idea. We are averaging about 35,000 cases a day, just in the state of California. :classic_sad:

Stay safe Graham.  Are food delivery services like Door Dash, Grub Hub, and Uber Eats big in the UK?  We get something delivered by Door Dash at least once a week.  Not the same as going out, but usually better than cooking.

I'm enjoying cooking
