It was our first visit to Tortola and we really liked the island. The pictures of the other islands are stunning so, if we go to Tortola again we will try to visit them.

We are on an imaginary  world cruise and the ports we visit are advised

each day  and sometimes in the evening by @Gettingwarmer

and If we have been to that port we post pictures if we can find them 🙂

Maybe when we get to the Panama Canal I'll add a few of Aurora's 2001 World Cruise transit in tandem with P&O's Victoria.

Well now i've been appraised of the rules here's my offering for Tortola. Many years ago and the old Arcadia on a visit before the redevelopment...

 

 

Then of course who hasn't been to Cane Garden Bay...

 

 

But the real challenge is getting to Brewers Bay...

Pussers Outpost in Road Town Tortola, home of the famous Pussers Rum. This photo was taken in 2013. When I last visited in Jan 2019 it was open on the ground floor only, the first floor still under repair after the previous year's hurricane. Hopefully it will be back to normal when I visit next January, covid willing.

Fantastic pictures of Tortola. Unfortunately all I have to offer is a picnic bench and the back end of a chicken. I was chatting to the bus driver about why they drive in the left but have lefthand drive buses. He explained how they got the chassis from US as they were cheaper" but we don't always drive on the left Mon.

Road Town - the home of hundreds of thousands of offshore incorporated companies which originated from countries all over the world. Hard to believe isn't it?

St. Kitts is a great place to visit and it would be  a crime not to head out to Brimstone Hill Fortress...
