OBC casino cash out

Question: Does anyone know if you can still cash out refundable OBC in the casino with a cash account without a fee ? What is the daily limit if so?

Just put your sea pass in a slot machine and cash out.  Take to the ticket machine or cashier to cash.  No fee.

Didn't pay attention to the limit but I just did this on the Mariner.  Cashed out $200

Doesn't this depend on what specific kind of OBC this is?

No, at least not with the slot machine method

How do you take money off your seapass card and onto a slot? Not sure I've ever seen that before.

It may not work on every ship, but usually you can add your OBC to the slot machine.

put your card in the machine and follow the instructions on the little screen that shows you name.

Pre-covid, the only ship on which I encountered slot machines that did not allow you to transfer money directly into them, was the Grandeur.

They will even give you a small card with all the instructions. Use on Allure last Friday

All you have to do, is go to guest services and take out all of the refundable on board credit. Did this last week on allure had 500.00 and 75 non refundable, they gave me 5 crisp 100 dollar bills.

Yes on Allure, 8/29. After taking out money, I put a credit card on file.

OBC for RC is non refundable(OBC-N). OBC from most TA's is refundable (OBC-R). This is fleetwide.

We always get OBC from RC when we book future cruise(s) while onboard. If I transfer the bookings to a TA I will get whatever perks the TA is offering including additional OBC.

When the drink package I had purchased a while back was reduced in price I cancelled it and re-purchased at a much lower cost.  Now we have about $150 in OBC.  If the wife doesn't end up spending it onboard (I know, fat chance!), I'd like to take the cash.

I’m surprised the drink package didn’t go back on the credit card. But I believe that one is refundable. 
 

$150 obc goes pretty quick. Esp if gratuity is not pre-paid.

Just off of Harmony and for us we used the tables - they charged a 5% gratuity on table cash from your OBC.  I guess we should have used the slot machines!  😀

I have no idea as my wife never has a problem finding something to buy while onboard with the OBC. Just remember any thing you buy while onboard will be subtracted from the Non Refundable OBC first. Then RC will start deducting from your Refundable OBC.

Got all $400 of my n/r obc  cashing out on one attempt on Oasis in October.
