What’s the cost for Ifly?

We will try to get a port day for North Star.

I’m a little anxious having to wait to book everything on board.  We have to quickly figure out the entertainment schedule, book specialty unlimited dining and North Star and Ifly.  Add to that the app didn’t work well for my Android in November on Adventure. ( We gave up and asked the suite concierge to help.)  Fingers crossed for that suite upgrade to have concierge help next month.

The multi-level nature of the MDR is better illustrated in this 360° photo.

I can't embed 360° photos on this blog but here is a link that will open in a new window:

These 360 pics are so amazing... What kind of camera is this?  Is it some kind of drone? It seems the camera must be floating in midair.

On board Voom pricing.

Thank you so much for posting this.  It gives me a idea about the “sale” they run on cruise planner.  Lately it comes out to about the same as the PRIME discount when you buy Onboard.

Impressive,  thanks.

I'll have to check out the deck plan but what is on the top floor? Is that The Way/Royal Esplanade? I know the first 2 floors is the MDR where the 4 dining rooms would be on the older sisters.

The top floor is deck 5, The VIA where Giovanni’s and the wine bar are located.  MDR is vax on deck 3 and everyone on deck 4.

From the app the paid versions are:

Ignore the 1 hour duration.  I’m pretty sure that is wrong.  I think it’s 2 mins versus 1 min for the complimentary version.

TWANGSTER, thanks so much for such an awesome review!!  I dont beleive LAvation made it on to your last leg.  How was the music in the Music hall and who ended up as the cover band for the trip.  Is it possible to find out who the cover band will be for our 1/29 trip.  My wife and I love to spend time in the Music hall after dumping a few bucks in the casino.  Thanks very much!!

The MDR is a great design. I love the open feel that it has. You are really mastering the Insta360. Great 360 of the MDR. Curious did you have it on the pole. Where exactly where you holding it, out and away or straight up and down?

2,600 guests expected this cruise with 80 pinnacle

Was there a health status letter given out about prior week? Curious our 15th sailing no illness ever mentioned. But letter we got while boarding talked about positives on previous sailing. 2.34% Jan 9th sailing.

Hi Twangster,

Is it possible for you to get a picture or even post, the price of the specialty dining restaurants onboard. Odyssey will be our first cruise as Diamond Plus and I am wanting to compare the onboard versus the cruise planner prices.

Thanks 🙂

This past week plenty of times available. I booked Aruba day 5, on day 2.when I showed for 1130 reservation, there were only 3 of us, so they were taking walkups.

Looking at the menu I have noticed there are very few choices for $13 glasses of wine, which is the C&A price point limit. I had the same experience on Allure recently. Wonder if this is an anomaly or a trend?

I'm curious about the Nonno's favorite House Chianti at $6 glass!?  Perhaps Twangster will try it in the name of research 🤔 🍷🍷

Our cover band was supposed to be No Quarter but their flight into Nassau to join the ship didn’t make it.

Moving cabins so I have to pack up tonight.  I'm moving up in the world!

I chose a deck 13 balcony for my next cruise as it was cheaper than the obstructed balconies I'm in now.  My current cabin is occupied next cruise so if I have to move I'm taking the opportunity to check out something higher, see if there is pool deck noise and if I like the location.  It's only a 6 night and was pretty reasonable so I'll survive no matter what.

Hi twangster - What was the process of moving cabins? How did it go? My DS and I will be doing our first b2b on the Odyssey at the end of February. We too will be changing cabins.

I subscribed to your channel and am enjoying your videos.
