Rep who answered said they are only up to requests from April 5 - I emailed mine on the 7th. She said they are swamped with requests, getting over 100 a day, and are way behind. She asked for my email, looked me up and saw my info, but refused to process it herself. Also said that if I don't hear in a week to call back. "I was rejected for my January 2022 and February 2022 cruises. On 4/7 I sent an email in for my June 2022 and January 2023 cruises. Last night (10 pm) I received one email approving my June cruise, and then a second email immediately after rejecting my January cruise. I had the same casino offer for both cruises, and both cruises were listed on the same email I sent Carnival. I wish Carnival would get their heads out of their butts!"
