So....we just got off the Harmony today and we think my husband may have forgotten his keys in our stateroom. 😭 Anyone ever had any luck getting an item like this returned?? If so, where should we start? Thanks in advance!!

Many many years ago we had bought several pewter trinkets in KL.

Had tucked all our souvenirs in one place near the window.

Unfortunately when the curtains were drawn back they were covered and we missed packing them. only noticed an hour or so after leaving the ship.

Called RCL they sent someone to have a look and said there was nothing there.

Called the shore agent and they went on board and found the items exactly where I said they would be.

Managed to collected them from the shore agent the following day. So relieved.

rudeney gave you the correct contact info for the group that handles items left on the ship.

Another possibility is to find the roll callS (CC & FB) for the current cruise and ask someone to go to Guest Services and ask for the Lost & Found.  I returned someone's jacket to her this way.  🙂

We left work laptop on a b2b last year.  Luckily our 2nd leg was down the hall.

Good to know this info just in case.  Also want to suggest if putting jewelry or credit cards or passports loose in safe, use a gallon zip lock bag.  works well.

On my September Allure sail, even though I checked and rechecked, I believe I left my electric razor charger.
Did not follow up as it would cost me more for them to ship it to me.

Bought a new Norelco razor and now I have 2 and the same recharge cords🤣

We lost a Bose noise canceling headphone on the land portion of an Alaska land/sea trip on Princess. I put it into the lost and found on Chargeback and they eventually found it. I paid for the shipping for its return.

It was a good thing that Princess has their own lodges for the land portion of the trip.
