Manage this Booking - Error Message

Today I book a cruise online however, when I sign in my Princess account and select “Manage this Booking” I get an error message , please contact the Support Department. 

Has anyone else run into this problem before?

I've had different issues this afternoon; maybe the whole website is messed up.  I got an email saying I can book embarkation day spa treatments for up to 25% off.  When I try to do it, I get a message that spa treatments can't be booked now since it's more that 60 days out.  And the cruise leaves in January.

 

My other Princess email was about the 2024 cruise I booked yesterday, implying that excursions are available to book.  When I follow the link, I get a white screen.  Someone is sleeping at the tech desk.

Then you are getting further into the system than I am.

 

When I try to log in, I get a message they are having technical problems and I should try again later.

I had major problems with the site all day. My TA was not able to get into the system to book me for the Sun Princess TA in September 2024 so I tried myself. The website would let me select a cabin but then the error messages came and locked up the booking. I kept on trying; seeing a couple of times that pricing wasn’t available for the sailing. On probably between the 20th to 30th time I tried, I finally was able to book the cabin I wanted…..

I am on the Sun TA also ,deposit paid but cannot access cruise.

Are you talking about logging into your personalizer and then checking the "Upcoming Cruises" section? I was just able to do this and saw my booking.....

I am able to see the cruise but if I try Manage my Booking nothing comes up yet.

I agree with you! If Princess wasn't offering me casino offers...I would be choosing a different company. Now I am just staying away from signing in to the two cruises I have booked! Somehow my birthday month has been changed several times just on my profile. That isn't something i can access myself. It  required talking with 3 people on 3 different calls to "fix" that. Then i found it is only "fixed" on my January cruise, which is my 8th princess cruise and not the July cruise! The same error had happened when I cruised last April.

This is “ridiculous”.  How can Princess operate this way. Doesn’t any of there staff members read cruise critic? 
 

Regarding to my current problem, I sent 2 e-mail yesterday to my Princess Vacation Planner and she still hasn’t got back to me.  Last night I phone Customer Service (80 minutes wait time) and he said I see your error message however, did not provide any further advice except to wait and see if the problem corrects it-self.  After that I spoke to 2 different people on Princess chat line and again they said the same thing “wait”. 

In my 15 years sailing with Princess I have never seen so many problems. Never used to be like this before. Princess has changed.  I wonder if other cruise lines are the same.

All I can say is that after many Princess cruises, we have recently booked a HAL cruise for February next year. I have been checking in and making bookings, shore excursions on their system and it is an absolute breeze and pleasure after using the Princess IT crap for recent cruises.

I’m still not able to view my booking in Cruise Personalizer or my Princess account.  I contacted Princess 5 different times and still nothing. 
 

Anyone else having the same problem?

I booked the Sun Princess while on the Diamond Princess. Although I have my booking information, can't open the booking in my personalizer, It says Error code.On Medallion appl, it isn't showing and when I put in booking number says it doesn;t exist.

The Future Cruise person on board said there is an issue for bookings startingDec 14th and it is an

IT problem. I will not call Princess and be on hold for hours. Will cancel before doing that.

Funny that others that booked the same ship have had no problem. Only some of us.

Yes.  I haven't been able to access my booking through he web page for a week now.  But I can do so on the app, and if I use the web-based version of Ocean Ready on the website.  But the basic web access for Booked Passengers is a no go for me.

Hi...I can't open it for just this cruise.  All others are okay through the Personalizer.

My other bookings are fine too.  I had booked a couple of cruises with my travel agent a few days before and they are working.I thought at first it was something that the Future Cruise Person did

wrong. My travel agent said the booking is fine and shows up in Polar. Glad they have almost two years to figure out this glitch.

I booked December 14th also on the Sun Princess. Glad to hear I’m not the only one with this problem.

I can’t access my booking in anything. The only thing that works is I can log in my Princess account okay and check my profile and upcoming cruises. However, when I select “Manage The Booking” (upcoming cruises) I get an error message (not able to process). The App says data not found.
