Its a great improvement over what we used to do.

I really disliked donning the lifejacket and lining up outside in the florida heat back in the old days.

And here I was all set to break every traffic law in order to make the 100 mile drive to Miami from my house in 30 minutes so that I don't miss the checkin.

Royal is great at building and hyping  their next world's largest cruise ship. Their IT infrastructure to support their current fleet, not so good....

It wasn't just a Royal problem. I know someone that got a notification to show up at a school assembly station in 30 minutes, but he doesn't even have a child in school.

This is one Royal IT screw up I appreciated!  Got me out of a meeting.  Told my boss I had to go and rush to my muster station!  "I'll explain later!"

Yep, my wife, me and daughter who hasn't been on Royal for years. This proves what you all have said many times re: their IT department.

Mistakes happen, responding to them in a timely manner and not putting the stress on the call center staff would go a long way. Really, how hard is it to send an email or push notification to those who got this and explain it was sent in error....

LOL, we are talking about Royal IT, so it might be too hard.  I can imagine the error notification going to people who didn’t get the 30 minute muster notification rather than those who did🤣🤣🤣

At least you got to sit and weren’t squished in between people. I hope they are allowed to keep the emuster.
