  1. You can charge chips to your stateroom account. No fees
  2. I cannot even imagine eating dinner before 7:30 even at home
  3. Is this a cruise of mostly Australian and Kiwi passengers ? I am wondering if they have less anti bodies since very few probably got covid due to lock downs
  4. There is no “traditional” dining on Princess. It sounds like you made arrangements on board. This may not be possible on all cruises
  5. You can still play but in my opinion it is a diluted product with the advent of tablets where people play tons of cards at a time and the tablet tells them when they win
  6. What web site doesn’t track people who log on. Very important data
  7. Also be aware if you contract covid and are isolated you will not be able to cash out. We have around $1,000 in winnings we have been waiting over 2 months for. Even contacted the casino group and they verified it might take another 4-5 weeks
  8. I recently booked a VIP cruise for June and both of us are getting $600 free play each. On a cruise on the 22nd this month under my wife’s name she has $1,000 free play and I have $250. We are pretty satisfied with these
  9. Thanks for the 411. Love the Sabatini’s locale
  10. Can anyone currently on the Ruby verify which venue hosts suite breakfast ? Last time we were on the ship it was in Sabatini’s but Princess.com says Crown. We sail on the 22nd
  11. Club class mini suites do not get Sabatini’s breakfast Club class mini passengers eat breakfast in the club class area of the MDR
  12. No Sabatini’s breakfast is only fot those in full suites
  13. No. When you booked there was only one package option which included 15 drinks a day at no more than $12 per drink. That is now called the Plus package. The. new Premiere package costs more and includes drinks up to $18 each. You are getting exactly what you paid for
  14. Any location with a lot of people in enclosed area will have danger of covid. We caught covid on a ship in Alaska and my sisters entire family caught it in Disney World some for the 2nd time and yes we all wear masks in elevators and rest rooms
  15. I think you can pretty much assume to any vacation area with crowds there is a chance of getting covid. We caught it on the southbound leg of a b2b in Alaska and my sisters family all got it visiting Disney World. Almost everyone I know has had it at least once

    Wines

We had a 250 bottle keeper and then decided to move to another state and a small condo. Had to sell the keeper and give away most of the wine
  17. First night specialty dinner is free if you are in a full suite. No problem getting a table
  18. In my opinion the chefs dinner is way to much food and a very non foodie group who only want to gorge themselves. We stopped going years ago. Also how many cook books can one have when they never change
  19. This is not something new folks or have people not cruised post pandemic or looked at Princess.com or followed the numerous threads here on this subject.
  20. The Princess website only shows a few ships with the gastro pub. The Grand is not one of those. The Ruby, Crown and Emerald all do and I am happily sailing on all 3 in the next 12 months
  21. Never had a problem going to the venue after boarding and booking a time. Calling the dine line will get you a limited amount of time options but we have actually just walked in on embarkation night and been seated
  22. In my opinion Bistro La Mer is way more open to passengers passing through that the pizza location. Plus you are paying extra for the bistro
  23. Why are you referring to RCL on a Princess board ?
  24. A broken foot would not keep me off a cruise
