Ours was updated, too, we got off the same time as sailingdutchy - and they were very generous with the "spend" days - we got 12, which is much more than I thought we would. We had $950 in OBC, we spent that, plus another $200, plus free gratuities, another $500?, plus we booked and paid for tours, dinners ahead of time, maybe $500, although some of that was refunded once we got on board. I had figured only 6 to 8 days' worth!

I got off the Oosterdam on Feb. 11, and it's still not showing up on my account. Final charges to my credit card have been posted for days. How long does it take to update my Mariner status to show the days from my recent cruise?

Roz

Roz, just checked and I have been updated. :)

So...it's been several days since I checked my Mariner status, and just now I logged in and saw where I've been credited with the 7 days for the cruise, but nothing for onboard spending. I spent over $300, shouldn't I have received at least 1 day of credit?

Was it in the Casino?:D

No, but I did play bingo 4 times, booked 3 shorex, ate in the Pinnacle Grill once, had a few drinks, and paid my gratuities.

We also were on the Veendam cruise that ended 1/3/18 and still not posted more than two months later. Our next cruise payment is due 3/12/18. Maybe they'll accept a response that says it's being processed, don't worry, no need to call again.

That amount should earn you at least one day, if not two. Not sure if Bingo counts though (sort of like the casino play does not).

15. Are any onboard charges excluded from the onboard purchases bonus?

All casino charges, cash advances, Future Cruise deposits, and associated fees are excluded. All other onboard purchases, for example, Hotel Service Charge, Beverage Service Charge, taxes, shore excursions and all gift items purchased online or through Ship Services count towards bonus Cruise Day credits.

I had this happen before. When I checked a few hours later spending credits were applied. I thinks sea days are posted first, the suite bonus and spending. Hope they figure it out for you.

. We were also on the Veendam Cuba cruise that ended Jan 3rd and still not updated. I'm getting a little pissed, as my final payment for an Alaska cruise is due soon, and the Grand So. America soon after. Tired of their excuses. I'm contacting them on Monday. I could enter it manually after 2 months!

Thanks to everyone for the advice and information. I just checked again, and it's still showing 0 days of extra credit, but I'll wait a few days before calling the Mariner Society.
