Hi, Ricardo got back on board sometime in Dec, so he should be there in Apr!!!

I know that he has problems with his emails (didn't write to me when the ship was in dry doc)

But, I will find out, one way or another!!!

Awesome! He was there in August, but he wasn't sure when he'd take his vacation, wasn't sure if he'd sail out of Galveston, and wasn't sure if they'd ask him to train new CL staff on Quantum when she debuts. Plus, that was a long time ago. I'm so glad to hear he'll probably be there :). Thanks!

Dexter Fraser (my son) will be back on Allure March 9. Will be in the Diamond Lounge until May 18 (9 weeks) and then back to the CL after that.

WOW that is great news We love Dexter we have cruised with him 4 times and he is very Nice. Best DL host in our books. Is he really your son?

No, not biologically. Our last names are both Fraser. He will be back in March. I got beautiful pics of his twin newborn boys last week!

Ruth Romo Ortiz is still CL concierge as of Feb 28, 2014.

 

Francis Calimag on vacation starting Feb 28. His replacement will be "George" from another ship (he was not yet onboard as of this sailing). Could possibly be "Jorge" Guterrez from Freedom, who is coming back from vacation?

 

Francis will return on Apr 12 as CL Concierge and Ruth will move to DL concierge.

 

Looks like Francis and Ruth continue to rotate in the two positions.

If I recall correctly Rahul was going on vacation in March and Bertie will be covering the CL. I don't know who will be in DL. Hoping it will be Jorge Gutierez? He replaced Bertie while he was on vacation in December and did a fantastic job.

Rahul could not go home. We were on March 2nd cruise also. The plan was for Bertie to go to the CL from the DL for March 9th cruise. The person coming on to let Rahul go home had a family emergency and did not come. Rahul got the bad news just 2 days ago.

Do you know when Rahul will be able to go home and when he will be back? I feel so bad for him as he was looking forward to seeing his family.
