Us QLD people we can handle the heat, if you go to NZ in January it can be cold too so not much difference

Haha I'm a Queenlander that can't handle the heat well more the humidity. We have travelled NZ in a camper in June & September...was a tad chilly😁

I spent a few days in Auckland at the end of July and we had one bad day out of 4

That's because it's a horrible time of year to go north, most Queenslanders would not bother.

Because it is cyclone season with no guarantee yet that cruises will spend time in PNG.  Queenslanders dream of cruising north in winter, we go south in summer.

Absolutely 💯  Wouldn't it be wonderful if the cruise lines could get that right for us.

P&O are having a "buy 2 get 2 free" sale on selected sailings. Eg if four adults share a cabin on an 11 nighter to Vanuatu ex Sydney, it works out around $46 pp/day. Perfect for large groups or fans of Bob & Carol & Ted & Alice.

To add to this, notification of a Qantas sale has just come through, some good prices available to book until 20th October, for flights into next year.

I'm looking for flights in February 2003.  Flights are later.

Hmm... 2003 flights may be a little hard to book!

We paid $817 return each for Jan/Feb flights and could get them for $651 each now, so still a little cheaper than a couple of weeks ago.

No they are not offering earlier ones.  Virgin up to May for specials.  I missed my Feb opportunity

Where to?  My daughter almost didn't join me in Sydney because of the cost of air fares.  She decided to work in the office in Sydney on the Tuesday, after the long weekend. and got a ticket after work to return home.

I might look into using my ff points.

@MMDown Under we fly from country SA so two flights each way. February is definitely still cheaper for us, you have to scroll down a bit for January but the three really cheap options showing for me are for 27/04/23 - 22/06/23, 18/7/23 - 15/9/23 and about $10 more for 1/2/23 - 4/4/23.

Where are you flying from?

It would be great if Royal Caribbean could work that out.
