Offers received from Club Royale (Royal Caribbean)

I just found out an interesting "fact".

We have never received any promotions by email from Club Royal. I called to make a booking and asked about why we were not getting emails. The email address they had was correct, they have no trouble sending us the booking conformations.

But the person on the phone noticed that my wife and I shared the same email address. According to the person I talked to that won't work when sending out promos etc.

We have been rated players for years but have never received any promotional emails from them.

Same here!

Hi, we live in Nova Scotia and we are wondering how you managed to get an email offer. We have been told that we can't receive offers, unless we have a US address on file.

Thanks

Wow, a Canadian getting correspondence, lucky you!

I would like to know as well! We have not received an email since the fall on 2016 and was recently told by the Casino it is because they cannot sent marketing outside US.

I was just speaking to Casino Royale again. They said that folks can use this link to see if they have any offers. I do not have any at the moment. Can someone try it that knows they have an offer to see if it works? Might be a useful tool for us non-US residents.

Useful set of links on the page. Looked over the list of offers and noted:

  • 9 offer codes listed.
  • Missing the most recent offer I received (7/26/2018 email).
  • Has a monthly offer listed that had a book by date that passed 2 weeks ago.
  • Has my 2018 TIER offer that I knew about but have not received an email after the one that informed me I was PRIME for 2018.

Clicking the REDEEM button takes you to a self service booking page where you enter some of the normal information for booking. Looks like they send that over to a customer rep to complete the booking. I am not ready to book another cruise right now so did not delve further.

My initial assessment is the site is not perfect but still a good step forward.

Thanks for sharing that link. I see 11 offers (5 of which are the same for various Dolphins football games).

I see that each one is listed with a "Trade In Value". The values seem to correspond to the trade-in values one gets from the certificates received onboard ($500 for an inside cabin, $750 for an oceanview cabin, and $1,000 for a balcony cabin). Since these offers list trade-in values, does that mean one can use these offers to book completely different cruises?

It appears so. The one that is showing a trade-in value on mine is next to "Casino Royale Monthly Offer"...never knew there was such a thing.

Thank you Canadian Disney Mom for sharing the link. Great job, Casino Royale...love it!

Link works for me and I see the 18TIER3 offer code for Laura. $500 value. I'm assuming that is the free inside that Laura is being told she doesn't qualify for. [emoji848]

Most of the offers I have ever seen do allow a trade in value.

Funny thing here, I am seeing offers I never knew I had. No email or snail mail. And I live in the U.S.

Now I need to call and ask them what the offer was all about. Did not see the football offer, but have not received that yet in the mail so not sure I am getting it.

That link is great. You would think they would have provided it to us and included our tier. Thanks for posting.

That link worked for me and listed 3 offers but it didn’t say what the offers were. It had a trade in value of $0 for each. I couldn’t see anything that mentioned dollars off
Maybe you've used it already

I just tried the link and it did confirm my open offers that I was told I had on my last call. It doesn't show any of my used offers. On mine it also doesn't show what the amount of the offer is. Just the name and code of the offer.

Being I don't get emails or snail mail for them, it's still nice to check to see if anything is offered so I can call to get more information.

The only one with dollars on Laura's account is the 18Tier3 offer
