On the card they gave us at the Meet and Greet it was printed as Pedro Ferrira. He will be heading for The Epic in a few weeks. Probably same person.

He was our CD on Epic 2/25. He told me his wife and child are going to cruise on Epic in August. So, I expect he is there now.

 

I had met his wife when she was on the Sun. Lovely family.

Best on the ship were the maitre'd s

The best was Ronnie Alves, who has been on the Star for years.

We met him in Bisto, then he went to Moderno & now he is the top maitre'd, in Versailles.

Make sure you meet him. Tell him Judy says HI

La Cuchina has Sheryl, who has also been on the Star for a long time. She's wonderful.

Michael in Moderno - very nice.

Cagney's - I'm having a mental block, but he's great also.

 

After coming off of the SUN recently, we were spoiled.

Those officers were everywhere, as was the Captain.

On the Star, we did not see much of the officers or Captain, although they were all very nice.

If anyone is reading this and is on the Star please remember the Kiwi Proof Reader Mike to Djamel. He and I "crossed swords" almost every day; that is in the best possible way. Also to Hanno. They and a lot of the staff were really wonderful.

If I book the Epic I will make sure that both are onboard or I'll wait til they are.

 

*Epic is really too big for our liking, but I'd do it to see them.

We prefer any ship in Jewel class or smaller.

Especially love the SUN and Spirit.

We love Captain Kostas. We have sailed with him 3 times. He is by far the most friendly captain we have met on NCL. Also, Vik the F&B Manager is excellent.

I think you are going to be lucky to get them together after June given the recent changes on Epic. We agree with you about Epic v Jewel class 100%, but Spirit is just too small for us.
