I THINK Eurodam and Neuw Amsterdam will fit through the old canal (pretty sure they're twins of QE and QV which do) but the new ships would have to be the new one. I wonder if they'll clear the Bridge of the Americas.

Pinnacle class ships are too big - won't pay the additional money to use larger locks - all passed on to pax. No longer an economical cruise.

For the 2019 Alaska season, Princess is moving Royal Princess to the West Coast. In order to be competitive, one of the Pinnacle Class vessels may end up in that market as well.
