Wheels ?? Ohhhh  going round in circles.... I get you......

But we don't have a spare,  and the driver hasn't a jack, brace or the idea to change it...

Don

No spares, going around in circles and the driver has a stupid smirk on his face.

NO comment from me - I got offside with some on here when I mentioned those 2 before 🙂

I had to throw Chili a bone Neil, yes I am guilty of bringing them up. Even after I tried to move on from them on that different thread 🤔

Flights would be a problem for this trip.  I know Qantas is non stop from Sydney to Honolulu and Delta is non stop from Honolulu to Aruba.  I'd just go to Honolulu take a short flight to Kauai and spend two weeks in paradise!

I think I would risk Texas , Sydney to Houston and a couple of nights on the gulf coast , the  San Antonio Riverwalk or maybe even a cruise out of Galveston.

Than long haul is a killer, you need a couple of days.

It is a long haul..pretty much my reason for not returning to Sydney to finish our NZ/Fiji cruises.  Plus, who knows when Americans aka USAers..will be welcomed back to Australia.  I might be too old by then.  So actually planning a Kauai trip in 23..Loved it the first two times and they say... third time is a charm!!  (We spend the month of October in Aruba every year but Hawaii is paradise to me)

On the subject of 14 hr flights, say la to syd. Many Americans I have met say they would love to come here, but the flights are too lengthy. So my reply is well try 23 hrs syd to london. Yes i know ny to la add on 5 hrs.

Over the years i have flown to the Americas 8 times and to Uk and Europe a dozen times, but i can no longer handle those long flights, even in business class which we did the last few times.

My longest flight was a two leg  from Miami/Doha/Sydney 24hrs plus 2 hour transit in Doha. Long but comfortable in Business class - was worth the extra.

Could be ferrying crew and will probably start from a smaller port like Israel ,cypress  or the Baltic’s somewhere.
It was supposed to start in Florida but it’s going the long way.

Navigator of the seas has just left Spain where it had a conversion so it can hookup to shore power. It’s a incoming requirement for California.

Navigator is headed to the Pacific via the Suez Canal and should be home ported in Los Angeles. We may see it Australia?

The 2 carnival ships are still in UAE ,anyone know what’s going on?

I heard a rumour that they may do cruises there.

According to Carnival Brand Ambassador John Heald, they are only there to pick up crew!

They have been there for a couple of weeks, maybe they are being Arabised ?

They probably aren't in any hurry to head back this way. They have until mid-December at the earliest so there is no rush.

Singapore Cruise Society are now reporting that Pacific Encounter left Singapore anchorage last night bound for Limassol, Cyprus via the Suez.  That is definitely not looking good for us down under.

Sapphire and Diamond are already on their way there but for P&O to go it is not good.
