Gorgeous photos!!! Wow!

Antarctica was also a favorite of mine. The views were wow-worthy. I was lucky enough to get there in January. We fell in love with the area, and got to visit South Georgia, too. It was breath-taking.

We were there Jan. '18 on Hurtigruten. It included the Chilean fjords and Falkland Islands. It was in conjunction with an escorted land trip in Patagonia (Argentina and Chile). The combination created memories for a lifetime.

We missed out on the Falklands because of weather. A great excuse for another cruise there!

It shocked the senses for me anyway because everything was green and in bloom.

Scandinavian landscapes are the best. Also I really like the way they build their cities. Passing by some danish town is such enjoyment for your eyes. The way the rocks and mountains are covered with fog and ice. Little fishing houses along the beach. The freshest air on earth ohh boy. Can wait to have another trip to Scandinavia. Its a unique place to visit, really

Ah- I was thinking of the views from a ship actually docked in port, and some are ghastly (Some Caribbean, Casablanca and most industrial docks... ).

Norway has some amazing views from a ship docked in a fjord, and Greenock in Scotland is attractive. Valletta in Malta is one of my favourites from the ship itself.

By port views, do you mean views from the ship in the port?

If so, my favorite to date is Venice.

X2.  From the ship is sailing into Venice on a bright sunny day.

My favorite cruise port for sailing is sailing out of New York City and going under the Verrazano B ridge.  I still don't think we will get under the bridge.  LOL.

Also love arriving early when Statue of Liberty is still lite up , and cruising past Freedom towers.

So many places....no photos to upload.  When you are looking out at the villages in Cinque Terra....seeing them

coming out of those mountains......it is pretty amazing.

Sailing out of Manhattan for sure----right by Lady Liberty...….

Leaving San Francisco and sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge...…..

I know there are way more but those 3 come to mind right now.

that's like a right of passage

I've never done it! I've just crossed *over* the bridge via car. Adding to my list, for sure! Must be incredible.
