And on many ships, Freedom and Voyager class for example, they have a great location with ocean views. "commorion" I got all excited, thinking I was going to learn a new word today!!! 😄 Bummed it was a typo............................

I've never used the 3 drinks. I went into the DL once and nothing listed I liked and left. Now that i heard you can order a margarita i will, just curious if i can order during dinner any of the 3 drinks. I think most ships allow use of Diamond loaded drinks on SeaPass card during dinner. It might be limited to those alcohols on the Diamond list.
taglovestocruise Posted April 8, 2020 #56 Share Posted April 8, 2020 Three drinks on sea pass card are good at almost all bars, MDR, specialty dining and show rooms. Odd someone said they just found out Margaritas are included. It is hard to find a cocktail that is not included.

You will have to wait on line-to enter. Typically the room has standing room only and is mobbed.!

However, maybe now the cruise lines will re-think this trend of jambing more cabins, and people, onto the ships. Too many people who are too close together definetely has its issues. Yeah that's a fair point - although the money they've lost I think will 'cloud' their judgement somewhat!

Other than the first night, the Diamond Lounge on our Anthem cruises was quite enjoyable. They use the Music Hall for overflow and after people leave for first seating it empties out. On Harmony it was a little bit busier but still not horrible. I have only done 4 cruises as Diamond and my experience has been like yours. One cruise, it was busy at opening but when it was time for first seating, it would clear out a bit. Also as the cruises wore on there were less participation. Not sure if it was the timing of our cruises of what. Another aspect of the Diamond Lounges, my wife likes the coffee drinks she can get in the morning. DaniDanielle Posted April 9, 2020 #62 Share Posted April 9, 2020 It is nice popping in for a cappuccino during the day. Usually, the room is very quiet.

DaniDanielle Posted April 9, 2020 #71 Share Posted April 9, 2020 NA in a cosmo is not bad, as long as the drink isn’t too strong. Too much vodka ruins a cosmo, in my opinion.
