Traded in my '73 Ford Maverick to get the Eurosport. We were thrilled with it - truly felt, for us at the time anyway, like a luxury car.

I never used the AC .I opened all the windows and played my favorite FM radio station.

We just bought some tickets from the lady that sold the Winner the $161 Million winning ticket. Can lightning strike twice in the same spot?🤞🏻

The Lottery Commission was there earlier today and cut the owner a check, I asked how much it was  for but the lady said she didn't know. I sure hope she gets a nice bonus for selling the  winning ticket.

I think I have said it here before, there was a group of 10 that won the 350+ million pot where I worked almost 10 years ago.  Nobody else won after that, I think they stole all the good juju.  I personally know 6 of them, sat a few seats away from one, still keep in contact with a few.  Not what it's cracked up to be.

Crack me up please! We would figure it out.

Caden, Kenzie's brother, is big into reading.  He likes a series called Magic Tree House. He says the books average about 90 pages and he has read 59 books.  His reading has inspired him to write small books. A couple of weeks ago he combined his books and had one large book printed. Caden turn 9 today. He knows the exact time he was born so we waited for that time before singing happy birthday.

Happy birthday to Caden

Happy 90th Birthday to you MIL.    Food and desert look great!   That prime rib and lobster tail look amazing.

Are these all her favorites?  I hope she enjoyed her special day.

No, these are not necessarily her favorite. She wanted something special that she knew everyone would enjoy. She is a very private person and does not like to draw any attention to herself so she didn't want any party but her kids convinced her that she should celebrate her 90th. So she agreed but only with immediate family, including her 2 sisters. No extended family or friends. There were 40 of us.

After the party, she reflected and was really happy that she had this party. She appreciated how all her family came and everyone had a really great time.

Her actual birthday is 3/14, Pi Day. She'll probably go to the casino. That's her favorite thing to do.

More photos are popping up on my social media sites.

Here is a photo of a youth judge that I know, who lives 30 minutes from my home. He was a youth judge with the Hagerty Kids when they judge my Ford GT in 2019. I also let him ride with me during the trophy presentation, after judging was complete.  This year I had to help him tie his tie, before judging at our local concours as his dad wasn’t with him. He is a couple months older than Owen and a great kid.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO CADEN!      That is great that Caden enjoys reading and writing books.    I vaguely remember the Magic Tree House series from our boys were young.    Our Son Chris was very big with Harry Potter books.    I remember him not wanting to put them down at bedtime and even once or twice bringing his book to the table while eating dinner,

Ours too...

I'm forbidden to even think of swapping them with other books.... Not that they're going to read them again....

Last I heard store owners selling Winning lottery tickets earn a 5% commission with a cap of $1 million for powerball tickets.    Not sure how accurate that info is nowadays.

And we often tote the grandkids around , it is much more suited for that.

Of course, not much room for luggage in the Mustang.

Your wife drives the support vechicle. 😃  Lisa can commiserate with your her.

Caden just left.  As he was leaving I showed him the birthday wishes from here and was explaining to him how they are from all over.  He had the most exciting big smile on his face!  As I showed him Dani's he ask what does "+2" mean.  I said, It means she is adding her happy birthday wishes to the list.  Then I told him she is from Israel.  He said, good thing she didn't write that in Israel, we wouldn't of been able to know what she said.  😂 He is a cutie.  He was so thankful and excited for the Happy birthday wishes.

As he was leaving I saw this across the street.  The pic does not do it justice.

That is a nice car that I know I would love to have along with a Jaguar E-Type.    I love my convertibles!

I tried to buy a a used Jaguar E-Type in the late 70's.  I just got a job so the bank said I needed a co-signer which I didn't have.  My younger brother later told me that the car was earlier flooded. It ran and looked good.  Who knows.

Speaking of co-signer, I later bought a nice synthesizer which a guy from work was willing to co-sign for me.

Just saw it on the  10 o'clock news tonight, said the check he was presented with was only $50,000...............You would think it was for more then that wouldn't you, You think they just did that to protect him from maybe getting robbed?

5% of 161 million is 8 million, so you would think he would have recieved the max 1 million? not $50,000

My first car was a 1972 Mercury Capri, metallic (it was a thing back then) blue.
We’re enjoying some laid back time here at Disney.  Looks like a pretty nice weather week ahead.

If I remember right, you are at Old Key West right. We have stayed there more times then we can count. That was our Home Resort when we had our Disney(Timeshare/Points)
