Dutch cafe on Koningsdam?

We are thinking of booking a Vancouver to Vancouver Alaska cruise for 2021 on Koningsdam. It will give us all something to look forward to. I cant see any mention of the Dutch Cafe. Has it been changed?

last time we were on the K’dam (summer of 2018) it had the Dutch Cafe.

I know! Shame on me.

 

I told my spouse sometimes you just have to do it. There are some good deals and I want the industry to survive. We are booking tomorrow.

 

As for Dutch Cafe, it is not listed as a dining venue on the ship overview on the HAL website.

As of our cruise in January 2020 it was there.

Maybe it not considered a dining venue, more like snacks but it certainly has food that can make up a lunch or light dinner.

It was there in March of this year!   We were her next to last cruise. . . Before you know what. . .

Loved the Dutch Cafe on both the Konigsdam and Nieuw Amsterdam.  Here is the menu:

Love those huge chocolate chip cookies but they only make so many which means pick up your daily cookied fix sometime during the morning/early afternoon.

The pea soup.,   heaven!!   Had it on an Alaska cruise on the Westy.  Sailing on the Koningsdam (hopefully)   will be hard not to have pea soup every day!!  So excited it’s served daily!!!

Yes we lived in NL for 4 years so...all my favorite foods as well!

Loved the pea soup and the bossche bol was also very wonderful.  We had them on the NS 2 years ago.  We had lunch in the Dutch Cafe a couple of times.
