12- 10= 2. 🙂

Did you have 8 prior to conversion?

Even if it was only 7, that would have made you Diamond with 11 cruises

7x7=49+3=52

80-52=28 shy

4×7 = 28

That's 11 total, not 12

Heck, even 6 prior works out to 11 total

6x7=42+3=45

80-45=35

5x7=35

Also 11 total

Math is easy

Too much math for me. How many quarters did you watch today?  😂

Apparently I married a math major with an MBA in Finance.

And I'm better at simple math than she is

This is 3rd grade level stuff

And I used to be a wizard at Excel

Not my dog not my yard, but your "Math is easy" seems in dispute.

Aren't you assuming that the length of a cruise is a constant at 7? When it is a variable.

First 7 or 8 don't matter. Its only the last 2 after conversion. The good doctor verified those were not short cruises

You're not counting the bonus points you were given

Yes I was. When they changed from credits to points, my totals went from five credits to 39 points (41 points shy) 6x7=42, so at a minimum it would have taken 6 more seven-night cruises to make diamond, and it took us seven because we didn't take all 7-night cruises. YMMV.

Good Morning John;   Hope you can answer  a question on Pinnacle.  We will make Pinnacle on Allure in Oct. as on a 4 week Back to back.  The normal point  addition comes after completion about 7 days later but  I thought I had read a few months back that Pinnacle level was recognized the cruise while you are on board.  Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
