I never received an email promotion. When searching for cruises I just noticed some were very low priced and obviously casino promotions. Now I just search periodically for more deals.

  $50?   Is that a misprint?   They offered $500 on mine.

We got one last week that has free signature suite + free play  & beverage pkg for me and free stateroom + free play & free drinks in the casino. There was a choice of ~50 different dates. We had our PCC combine the two offers and added our Son for a Neptune suite on the Rotterdam.  The deal was too good to pass up.  I sure hope one or all of our upcoming cruises sail with us onboard!

BTW, this is the first "free" cruise HAL has offered us.   We have sailed with them for the last 15years on and off.

I’m doing the Greece cruise on eurodam next week (Aug 22) because of a casino deal my friend got. I’m her +1!! We were offered a free inside room, but then had to upgrade to a partially obscured window room. I believe she gets some free play money in the casino and we both get free drinks in the casino. I believe there was some on board credit involved, too. Honestly, she had me at free(ish) cruise, I didn’t worry too hard about the details. Our first cruise was in 2019 so we’re pretty new to the game, but ready to go with the flow and just have fun!! 🙂

Oh okay.  I think mine may be a misprint.  I haven’t been on a cruise since 2016 and I didn’t play that much back then.   No matter, not as if I’ll be taking them up on the offer.

Started with a casino deal for a Panama cruise that was canceled. Rebooked with one from Rome to ft. Lauderdale. Got moved to Barcelona to Fort Lauderdale. Right now not sure if any of the original promotions got carried forward or not. At this point as long as I cruise I consider us lucky.

My mom who turns 100 on Saturday received one offer last week and another today for a free inside cabin and $50.  She only sailed twice and that was in 209  and probably spent under $50 at the slots!

We got a supposedly "free cruise."  I thought it was weird since we haven't sailed HAL since 2016.  It is for a 21 day through the canal.  We get $100 in casino each, I think.  By the time we pd port fees, taxes, airfare, gratuities it was about $2800, which is cheap for a 21 day.  But we are in a category N (guarantee inside) & to upgrade to OV or balcony would have been $2000-$4000 more.  Haven't sailed in an inside cabin for a long, long time- but the price was too good to pass up.  

 

Called my son in Canada who has sailed HAL more recently & more often.  He had the very same offer, so he is going with us.

 

This offer came in July IIRC.

Do you really need to show the casino promotion to the casino host or cashier or does it usually show up under your room listing. I try to keep that promo in my emails because it says I can’t print it out. The promos get confusing which goes with which cruise. Thank you.
