All ships we have been on offer a B2B lunch along with Zenith's and Concierge Class passengers.   It is in OVC but a limited menu.

Most of ours  have been in the MDR. A couple were in the old Bistro on 5.

I remember those days with lunch at the bistro on 5–lovely soup and sandwich for back-to-back passengers.

Yes. B2B share with Concierge Class passengers on embarkation/turnaround days. In the MDR has always been my experience.

Well, if you think you're going to get better food and service in the MDR, knock yourself out.  In my experience, that is not the case.

We actually dined in the Cosmopolitan restaurant and it was really nice.  Service very good nice table for two-  food very good- pleasantly suprised.

That is because you have lunch in Luminae on embarkation day which is a BIG step up from the Concierge lunch !!!

Not on the apex.  Honestly we had breakfast in luminae, occassional lunch but mostly in the retreat.  Dinner in the specialty restaurants.  While people in luminae great, cindy the hostess and nino our waiter food imo good not great. We are going on the apex again in march, in a suite and will have dinner in specialty restaurants

We had 400 people on our b2b in Oct/Nov; just a meeting about when and where to test for Covid.  No luncheon to my knowledge, but just what was available to you depending on your booking.
