Im on a september sailing and got an email june 23rd  .

I have a primo outside balcony spot and im not giving it up for a suite on the 14th deck under a pool.

Thats what i see as available .

And for and extra 3 to 4  grand to upgrade.

I dont like the situation not knowing for sure what the location will be if i bid.

We are currently booked in a GTY Oceanview Balcony.  It was a GTY cabin and we have been assigned a very nice cabin midship on Deck 8.  Click on the link below and those are our options and minimum bid options.

There is a problem with Royal Up right now.  The only way to see or change your bids is from the original email link.  The web page is not working and it has disappeared from the cruise planner.  They are working on it.  The bids have not been lost.

You get that error for varied reasons, including not being able to bid at all.

Why would I not be eligible to bid?  Not with a big box store?  Did use a TA.  Is it possible that since I am in a suite, no star class suites are available?
