Cunard World Club Survey

I just received (and completed) a survey about the Cunard loyaty program. They're clearly trying to figure out the best way to tune the program. (It was a little strange trying to make some choices, since we're only at the Silver level and are unlikely to be asked to dinner with the senior officers anytime soon.)

But when you reach that level and attend one of these dinners which we had been invited to in the past, it is very interesting the other passengers you meet. We happen to experience the dinner on the QE2 and dined with at that time Sailing on board, the CEO of then Cunard. She was very lovely and also had the Captain at that table. The elegant experience was a choice of wines accompanied each course of the dinner. Yes, we hit the Jackpot!

We also attended on the QE2 but is not done on the QM2 attended the Senior Officers Cocktail in the Officers Ward Room. On the QM2 it was done in the G32 Disco Bar.

Hope you one day get that Personalized Invitation knock on the Cabin/Suite Door.

Got it, too. It's North American market only or at least asks for "state" or "province".

I was interested in one of the "what I want out of a cruise" being something like "eat in the same restaurant and dress formally in an elegant group experience".... the day when that's a "negotiable" or an "option,"... forget it!!  Well at least it received one "Strongly Agree".

Odd it never had a "Have a functional website for World Club members" option, though!! I guess they've given up the entire idea...

Received it, started completing it but as soon as it got to Cunard only section it froze at 73% 😞

Same thing happened to me on my desktop PC. Couldn't get past that 73% mark in either Chrome or Edge from my PC. There weren't any active links on the page to answer the question and continue the survey.

I decided to try it from my phone. I was able to pick up where I left off by bringing up the email and tapping the survey link from that email on my phone. I was able to complete the survey starting at that 73% mark using Chrome on my Android phone.

Hope that helps others with the same (or similar) problem.

There was this one item which might be related within the question "Before today, which of the following rewards and benefits from the Cunard World Club loyalty program are you aware of and which have you used?"

"Dedicated loyalty area online (exclusive to members)"

I had to answer "Not aware of" since as far as I know, there is no such facility for guests in North America. I have to say I was puzzled by that one.

Has anyone else received this survey on the Cunard World Club? It asks about types of benefits you would prefer in a loyalty club. I received the survey this morning.

Yes, received it a few hours ago, haven’t opened the email as yet.

The prize is a £500 John Lewis voucher, what are they offering in the US?

Still surprised there’s been no email notification of the 10% discount on 2024 cruises.

Got it and and filled it out with no problems. As Gold I had to answer I was aware of and item but hadn’t used it, so their data will have a problem. Took way more than 15 minutes! When it asked for ideas from other brands I pointed out the free 20th cruise from Oceania. I also said I think there is too big a gap between Gold and Platinum.

funny...I don't think there is enough, its too easy go up a stage if you count voyages as opposed to days and the top tier is not hight enough or there should be another tier. this with over 1000 days feel a bit aggrieved that there is nothing more to aim for apart from the unofficial 1400 club
