ms Eurodam Port Everglades Sail-Away - February11, 2017

There are five cruise ships in Port Everglades tomorrow, Saturday 11 FEB 2017. One of them is HAL's first Signature-class vessel, Eurodam which is assigned to Berth 26 in Midport.

 

Her current captain is Werner Timmers and he will be taking his ship on her 7-day Western Carib voyage scheduled to set sail at 16:30/4:30 PM ET.

Also in port tomorrow are: the largest cruise ship in the world; Harmony of the Seas (Berth #18 - departure 4:30 PM), her fleetmate Independence of the Seas (Berth #25 - departure 4:00 PM), and Celebrity Summit (Berth #29 - departure 5:00 PM), all in Southport. In PEVs Northport you'll find Caribbean Princess at Berth #02, departure at 4:00 PM

Despite the panning of the camera, Nieuw Amsterdam is well situated to be seen today, with Anthem OTS behind it, Wind Surf directly ahead, and Carnival Fascination largely hidden.

No, I have a Baltimore Symphony concert on Thursday and wanted to allow at least 2 nights in Ft. Lauderdale.

And Nieuw Amsterdam is gone. Time to finish up my Fire Department reports and get home in time for the Eurodam. Next time NA (or Eurodam) shows up on one of Lou&Daves cameras I'll be close enough to watch it in person.
