Craziest thing you've seen another passenger do

Saw a guy on the Equinox drink too much in the martini bar and vomit all over. Instead of going back to his cabin, he stayed and partied some more in the same area where the attendants were cleaning up his puke. Finally his wife finally came and demanded he leave.

a couple of cruises ago while eating dinner, we witnessed a fellow passenger put a whole bone (rib or chop) in her mouth and remove it with every scrap of meat gone. It was like something you'd see in a cartoon. My husband commented that she must be popular back home. I don't doubt it.

lol!!

The year was 1985, my second cruise.... after dancing and having a great time at around 230AM, as I'm walking to my cabin, this older gentleman dressed in a tux looked lost looking for his room. Well, he was drunk, lol. I asked if I could take him to get some crackers then we'd find his room. He agreed, so we went.. After grabbing some crackers, we found his room, he thanked me and said he wouldn't forget this. I figured he would since he was drunk! A day or two later, I walk thru the casino, a shortcut, and I see this huge crowd around the craps table. Everyone was cheering this older gentleman, it was him, and he was winning like crazy! He sees me and says, hey you xxxx (he remembered my named), have a seat! He sat me next to him and slid a PILE of chips my way! I told him, no, this isn't necessary, and I don't play, lol!! He insisted and I politely declined, but he gave me a few 'bills'. He thanked me again for what I did... I didn't see him after that, but those were some good times......... Might not sound crazy, but the fact that he remembered me and my name, that was crazy!

Seated at a table of 4.

Woman brought her iPad to the table and showed me over 400 photos of her cat. It was a painful experience.

I am not a cat person.

We dined alone the rest of the cruise but ran into them everywhere.

If it was you, sorry :D:D:D

I'm sorry to tell you that he was in and out of the pool too' date=' but at least it was after he had done his laundry in the hot tub. LOL!![/quote']

I refuse to use the hot tubs because I know what grows in there. The hot water used does not kill everything!

Although passengers were probably were almost entirely English speaking, I think the announcements were also made in Spanish.

As in almost every one of these stories, the problem probably isn't language, it's in the lack of thoughtfulness about one's actions and the consideration for others.

I think I recall seeing that they now have Diaper Genie's in the restrooms on Celebrity.

Celebrity Century, some years ago. We're cruising with our two sons and my proper British "mum", who is in her 60s. We found 5 chairs together, a woman is sitting across from them reading a book. As we go to sit down, the woman takes off a shoe and throws it on one of the chairs, never looking up from her book.

My mom picks up the shoe, tosses it back at her, and in her proper Brit voice says "you seem to have dropped your shoe". I will forever treasure the look on that lady's face.

I was standing on the balcony with my dad while leaving St. Thomas one cruise and I screamed OMG did u see that, my dad says see what. I said a girl at the Japanese restaurant in the port just pulled her top up. My dad says oh crap I was looking down watching the ship pull away from the dock, he is always in awe of the thrusters that enable the ship to pull away from the dock sideways? He said what did she have on under her shirt, I said nothing. He was quit upset and needless to say kept his eyes peeled on the restaurant. A few minutes later the girl came back out and she did it again. My dad did not miss her the second time. LOL! We then looked up at the bridge and noticed all the officers were on our side, I'm guessing she did this on a regular basis. 😜

Chip and Jenny are crew favorites and not just because he brings them gifts. Agree that they are two of the nicest people you would ever meet. They are both "Double" Zenith with more than 6000 points and cruise at least two weeks each month. Hoping to see them soon.

This is too funny. Love you both and your charm and humor. Hope to see you soon.

Charlotte and Robert Nicholson from Fort Lauderdale

I overheard a woman at the table next to me in the Tuscan Grille tell her tablemates that she was enjoying the goat’s cheese salad and that it didn’t taste a bit like a goat.

After they left, I asked the server what the craziest thing he ever heard was. He was very reluctant to answer, but it was late and the place was nearly empty so he gave me a good one. He said he was once berated by a passenger for not bringing the right glass of wine. The passenger ordered chardonnay which is what he was given. The passenger became irate and insisted that he enjoys chardonnay and this most certainly was not chardonnay because chardonnay is red.
