macandlucy Posted October 19, 2017 #1 Share Posted October 19, 2017 Just saw this -- looks like an incredible deal, with lots of sailing dates. OV and above get to take all five Free At Sea choices, plus free OBC. It is very time limited though, so heads up on that. https://www.ncl.com/ca/en/cruise-deals/choice/take-all-
European_CruiseGirl Posted October 19, 2017 #2 Share Posted October 19, 2017 Can be found also from the US site. Seems they have problems filling up the new western routes. Damn I wish this would be available for Europe cruises too [emoji38] Sent from my iPhone using Forums
TeresaJ Posted October 19, 2017 #3 Share Posted October 19, 2017 My cruise in March is $1200 more than what I booked it for this summer....what a sale. [emoji3] I'm sure there are deals to be had on other itinerarys though, just not my sailing. maggieworkman Posted October 19, 2017 #4 Share Posted October 19, 2017 It says for new individual FIT reservations. Can you cancel and rebook the same cruise? Or do you have to pick a different itinerary, ship, etc? Maggie
detroitlions Posted October 19, 2017 #5 Share Posted October 19, 2017 I noticed this 48 hour sale pretty impressive! I wonder if I buy a Cruise Next ticket now then book if it will work?
macandlucy Posted October 19, 2017 Author #6 Share Posted October 19, 2017 It says for new individual FIT reservations. Can you cancel and rebook the same cruise? Or do you have to pick a different itinerary, ship, etc? Maggie I would give them (or your TA) a call and see if it can be added to your existing booking. But if not, I think what most people do in situations like this is a cancel and rebook. If you cancel, as far as I know, you can essentially rebook the same room, provided it's showing up in the inventory. There's a risk (maybe small) that once you cancel your cabin, and it goes back into the inventory, someone else could come along and snap it up. I have never heard you need to pick a different ship or itinerary or sailing date, and I would be very surprised if that were the case! If you do change, please report back and let us know how it went.
Cap'n Ron Posted October 19, 2017 #7 Share Posted October 19, 2017 It's about $1000 less then the same Epic sailing I was looking at a few weeks ago thanks to the kids sail free. Great deal, so looks like we will be sailing Epic in place of Vista in February. Thanks NCL! Oakman58 Posted October 19, 2017 #9 Share Posted October 19, 2017 This is such a great deal for me. After our Panama Canal cruise in Dec we will be just 3 points shy of Platinum status. With a 12 day British Isles cruise scheduled next Sep I thought I’d look for a short cruise to bring us up to Platinum for that cruise. I found a 4 day cruise on the Jade that fit the bill two weeks ago and have been him-hawing around trying to decide if I wanted to book it. This 48 hour Take All 5 sale was just the push I needed to book the cruise. What really surprised me was the balcony prices were the same as they had been two weeks ago. No increase in price to cover the additional perks offered in this sale. It really is a sale.
MOFamilyof4 Posted October 19, 2017 #10 Share Posted October 19, 2017 I simply called NCL and they added the additional perks to my reservation. It was very easy!
twofoots Posted October 19, 2017 #11 Share Posted October 19, 2017 I just called NCL and had the new promotion added. Saved $200 off my original booking plus an additional $100 OBC. Now I just need February to roll around... :ship::cool:
camper49 Posted October 19, 2017 #12 Share Posted October 19, 2017 I simply called NCL and they added the additional perks to my reservation. It was very easy! I tried...for us there would be an additional $325 charge...

Maggie I called on our existing reservation...which is past final payment date...and the deal could be applied...same cabin etc. However it would cost us an additional $325. Rare justhappy Posted October 19, 2017 #14 Share Posted October 19, 2017 Just yesterday I paid to go from an inside to a balcony cabin. I called today and they applied the promo to my reservation. I gained the specialty dining pkg and $50 per port shore excursion credit. I had already picked the other two promos and gotten the stateroom credit. Only had to pay the gratuity on the SDP of $24.00 and change. YAY!
dwpigg Posted October 19, 2017 #15 Share Posted October 19, 2017 I’m looking for a short cruise out of Florida mid winter. Wish there were a few more choices, but seems to be a great deal. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

MacCruising2018 Posted October 20, 2017 #17 Share Posted October 20, 2017 Just called and it would be an extra $900 and change to get this promotion. On a positive note, I had the nicest agent answer my questions and explain everything in full (unlike the agent I booked with).
Rare uneamie Posted October 20, 2017 #18 Share Posted October 20, 2017 I called and she said to get this deal I'd have to pay the current rate which is now $200 per person more than what I booked it for. Also if you take this deal you have to take all 5....which means for those who do not drink they'd end up paying the 18% gratuity for something they would not use. I passed on this one. I already have 2 perks and $250 onboard credit so we're happy with that.

Minoushka Posted October 20, 2017 #20 Share Posted October 20, 2017 Its only good for regular bookings .I got a promo from NCL Cas and could not get the 5 ...even tho I paid to upgrade fom inside to OV ..balcony ended up being too expensive 300$ more per person ....so no perks .....no OBC either ....Got a bit of a bargain but definitely NOT a free cruise as they advertise it ...... Laszlo Posted October 20, 2017 #21 Share Posted October 20, 2017 Good deal??? Our Spa Balcony on our 14 day BA would have cost of over $700 more. The internet and excursion credits are not even close to worth having

Zenica Posted October 20, 2017 #23 Share Posted October 20, 2017 This promo would cost my Haven booking another $1,400! Yea, great promo! they removed the 3rd and 4th free for my week only, glad I'm grandfathered in.
Rare uneamie Posted October 20, 2017 #24 Share Posted October 20, 2017 Seems whenever they offer these great promo's they up the cost of the cabins so it mainly only benefits NEW bookings. Those who have already booked will have to pay the difference of their cabin price unless they just recently booked with a price close to the current one.
