Looks like an AWESOME lineup for sitting in a lounge chair, eating fresh popcorn and drinking a root beer float!

Aladdin, Godzilla: King of Monsters, Detective Pikachu and Secret Life of Pets 2 are new for Sep. The rest are in the August movie list, too.

We sail in October.  I hope they keep Aladdin on the list.  Seen Bohemian Rhapsody about 20 times and will sit through it again.

we haven't seen Wick 3 and we will always sit through an Avengers flick.   

 

Bohemian is very rewatchable and will be fun outdoors, especially the music scenes.

Nope.   Sorry, they don’t.  They have a couple of complimentary movie channels, and the movies rotate each day...but it won’t be these.

Correct. IIRC, you can rent them on your stateroom tv, for a price of $4.99- $6.99, or something close to that. Don't quote me on that though.

How do you know which movie will be shown on a certain boat?  Going on Horizon during September.

You really cant, unless someone from an earlier Horizon cruise in September were to come back and post (would have to be the same # of night cruise).  

 

Once you’re on board, you can scroll through the daily activities using the Hub app to see what’s being shown on which nights.  The app lets you “favorite” events you want to remember to attend. Or if you choose not to use Hub, you’ll just have to wait to see the Fun Times for each day!

 

PS - I’ll be on Horizon in September, too!   9/21 - can’t wait!

It seems that in the last couple of years Carnival has really upped their game in the quality and 'freshness' of the movies they show at the Dive In Movies... in the past they were usually older, lamer and mostly PG... they're now showing a lot newer movies which I appreciate!

Thanks for the list. My cruise starts in Sept and ends in Oct (9/28-10/5). Does that make a difference? Or does this list mean cruises starting in Sept?

No they aren't free. But you can rent them for in cabin for $4.99 ea. At least that was the price on the Dream last month.

This is correct.  You also get 24 hours to view the movie or pick up where you left off.
